| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi tiga isolat Bacillus subtilis terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai, 2) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi tiga isolat B. subtilis terhadap hasil tanaman cabai, 3) mengevaluasi isolat B. subtilis terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai. Penelitiandilaksanakan di lahan kering desa Karangturi, Kecamatan Mrebet, Kabupaten Purbalingga, pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2017. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Percobaan terdiri atas 4 perlakuan yaitu Kontrol, B. subtilis B211, B. subtilis B209, dan B. subtilis B298. B. subtilis B211, B209 dan B298 dalam formula cair diaplikasikan dengan cara disiram sebanyak 100ml/tanaman pada daerah perakaran dan disemprot sebanayak 100ml/tanaman. Setiap perlakuan diulang 6 kali sehingga menghasilkan 24 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian: 1) aplikasi tiga isolat B. subtilis tidak meningkatan pertumbuhan tanaman cabai, 2) aplikasi tiga isolat B. subtilis tidak mentingkatan hasil tanaman cabai, 3) tidak ditemukan perlakuan terbaik untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to: 1) Study the effect of the application of three isolates of B. subtilis on the growth of red pepper, 2) Study the effect of the application of three isolates of B. subtilis to the results of red pepper, 3) Evaluate isolates of B. subtilis best for the growth and yield of red pepper plants. The study was conducted on dry land in Karangturi village, Mrebet district, Purbalingga, in May to August 2017. The experimental design used in this study was a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). Such treatment is control,B. subtilis B211,B. subtilis B209, and B. subtilis B298.B. subtilis B211, B209 and B298 in liquid formulas applied by watered 100ml/plant and sprayed 100ml/plant. The experiment consisted of four treatments, each treatment was repeated six times that produced 24 experimental units. The results of this study were: 1) application of three isolates of B. subtilis showed no increase in the growth of chili plants, 2) application of three isolates of B. subtilis showed no increase in the results of chili plants, and 3) not found the best treatment to improve the growth and yield of Red pepper. |
