| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kompetensi menunjuk pada kemampuan dengan kualitas kerja yang di hasilkan, kualitas baik buruk nya suatu pekerjaan dilihat dari segi ketelitian, ketrampilan dan kecakapan. Motivasi menunjuk pada kebutuhan seperti kebutuhan akan prestasi, afiliasi dan kekuasaan. Sedangkan Kinerja Guru menunjuk pada keberhasilan dalam melaksanakan tugas, kemampuan mencapai tujuan yang di dukung oleh motivasi. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Bersertifikasi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas”. Penelitian ini menggnakan tipe penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 152 orang dengan teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jenis data terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner, sedang data sekunder bersumber dari dokumen laporan, peraturan-peratyran yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang akan di teliti dengan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru dan Kompetensi, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Competency refers to the ability with the quality of work that is produced, the good quality of its poor work in terms of accuracy, skills and skill. Motivation refers to needs such as the need for achievement, affiliation and power. While Performance Teachers point to success in performing the task, the ability to achieve goals that are supported by motivation. This research entitled "The Influence of Competence and Motivation on The Performance of Certified Teachers in State Elementary School Purwokerto Timur District of Banyumas Regency". This research uses quantitative research type with the number of respondents 152 people with the technique used is purposive sampling. The type of data consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires, while secondary data sourced from report documents, regulations relating to issues to be inquired by quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that Competence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Motivation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Competence, Motivation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance. |
