Indonesia) | RINGKASAN Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Pengaruh Age Metastereotype yang Memoderasi Perilaku Kerja Sama Pada Freelance Workers Dengan Variabel Bebas Religiusitas, Latar Belakang Keluarga dan Struktur Masyarakat (Studi Pada Perusahaan Trinidad Jakarta)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, latar belakang keluarga, struktur masyarakat terhadap perilaku kerja sama dan menganalisis pengaruh age metastereotype terhadap perilaku kerja sama pada perusahaan Trinidad Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga freelance yang pernah bekerja pada Trinidad Jakarta. Total tenaga freelance yang pernah bekerja ada 80 orang yang kemudian dijadikan bahan penelitian. Jumlah kuesioner yang dikembalikkan adalah sebanyak 73 kuesioner dan yang tidak kembali adalah sebanyak 7 kuesioner. Dari 73 kuesioner tersebut dilakukan analisis trim dan terdapat 13 kuesioner yang memiliki nilai ekstrem yang harus di drop sehingga total kuesioner yang layak dilakukan untuk keperluan input data adalah 60 kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) dibantu alat analisis software SmartPLS) menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja sama, latar belakang keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja sama, struktur masyarakat berpengaruh negative terhadap perilaku kerja sama dan age metastereotype berpengruh postif dan siginifikan terhadap perilaku kerja sama. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu dalam perekrutan tenaga freelancer yang ingin dibentuk dalam tim perusahaan Trinidad harus mempertimbangkan tingkat relgiusitas dan bagaimana latar belakang keluarga individu tersebut kemudian perusahaan Trinidad harus mempertimbangkan usia dari freelancer, karena faktor age metastereotype dapat mempengaruhi perilaku kerja sama dari freelancer. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT The title of this research is: "The Influence Analysis of Age Metastereotype that Moderates Cooperation Behavior on Freelance Workers With Religiusity Free Variables, Family Background and Community Structure (Study On Company Trinidad Jakarta)". The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of religiosity, family background, community structure on cooperative behavior and analyze the effect of age metastereotype on cooperative behavior at the company of Trinidad Jakarta. Population in this study is all freelance workers who have worked in Trinidad Jakarta. Total freelance workers who had worked there are 80 people who then used as research materials. The number of questionnaires returned was 73 questionnaires and those who did not return were 7 questionnaires. Of the 73 questionnaires were analyzed trim and there are 13 questionnaires that have extreme values that must be dropped so that the total questionnaire is feasible for the purposes of data input is 60 questionnaires. Based on the results of research and data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square) assisted SmartPLS software analysis tool) shows that religiosity has positive effect on cooperative behavior, family background have positive effect on cooperative behavior, community structure have negative effect on cooperative behavior and age metastereotype berkrug positive and siginifikan against cooperative behavior. The implication of the above conclusion is that in recruiting freelancers who want to be formed in the Trinidad team of companies must consider the level of religiosity and how the individual family background is then the Trinidad company should consider the age of the freelancer, because age metastereotype factors can affect the cooperative behavior of freelancers. |
