| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Ikan nila merupakan salah satu komoditas penting perikanan budidaya air tawar di Indonesia. Sargassum sp. merupakan golongan ganggang coklat (Phaeophyta) terbesar di laut tropis. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak Sargassum sp. pada pakan terhadap jumlah differensial leukosit dan mengetahui nilai tertinggi kelangsungan hidup ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan desain rancangan acak lengkap, data diolah menggunakan SPSS 17. Terdapat empat perlakuan dan masing-masing perlakuan terdapat 30 ekor ikan nila. Perlakuan 0 : (Kontrol); Perlakuan 1 : (5 mL ekstrak Sargassum sp/kg pakan); Perlakuan 2 : (10 mL ekstrak Sargassum sp/kg pakan) dan Perlakuan 3: (15 mL ekstrak Sargassum sp/kg pakan). Berdasarkan hasil uji Beda Nyata Terkecil persentase limfosit hari ke-7 dan hari ke-14 pada P1 berpengaruh nyata (p<0,05) terhadap P0, P2, P3; Persentase monosit hari ke-14 perlakuan 1 berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap persentase monosit P0, P2, dan P3; Persentase neutrofil hari ke-7 pada P1 berpengaruh nyata terhadap P0, P2, dan P3. Kelangsungan hidup ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) nilai tertinggi yaitu pada perlakuan 3 (15 mL ekstrak Sargassum sp/kg pakan) sebesar 93,3%. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Tilapia is one of the important commodities of freshwater aquaculture fisheries in Indonesia. Seaweed is a multicellular algae that contains an immunologically active substance. Sargassum sp. is the largest brown algae (Phaeophyta) in the tropical seas. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of giving Sargassum sp. on feed against the differential leukocytes of tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus) and know the effect of giving Sargassum sp. on the feed against the survival of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). This study used an experimental method with complete randomized design (RAL) design, the data was processed using SPSS 17. There are four treatments and each treatment there are 30 tilapia fish. Treatment 0 (Control); Treatment 1: (5 mL extract of Sargassum sp / kg of feed); Treatment 2: (10 mL extract of Sargassum sp / kg of feed) and Treatment 3: (15 mL Sargassum sp / kg feed extract). Based on the results of the least significant difference, the percentage of lymphocytes at day 7 and day 14 on P1 had significant effect (p<0,05) to P0, P2, P3. The percentage of monocyte on day 14 of treatment 1 had significant effect (P<0,05) on percentage of monocytes P0, P2, and P3. Percentage of 7th day neutrophils in P1 had significant effect on P0, P2, and P3. The survival of Nile fish (Oreochromis niloticus) was highest in 3 (15 mL of Sargassum sp / kg feed) of 93.3%. |
