Penyakit kulit pada nelayan disebabkan faktor lingkungan dan faktor individu. Prevalensi dermatitis pada tahun 2009 menyatakan sebagian besar penyakit kulit akibat kerja merupakan dermatitis kontak sekitar 90% baik iritan maupun alergik. Mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian dermatitis pada nelayan di Desa Sidakaya Cilacap. Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan cross sectional dan teknik consecutive sampling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 60 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Variabel yang diteliti masa kerja, pemakaian APD, hygiene, riwayat pekerjaan, riwayat penyakit kulit, dan riwayat alergi, dan dermatitis kontak akibat kerja (DKAK). Data primer dengan kuesioner, uji statistik chi-square dan regresi logistik. Terdapat 38 responden yang menderita dermatitis dan 22 responden tidak menderita dermatitis. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan dermatitis kontak akibat kerja (DKAK) antara lain pemakaian APD, hygiene, dan riwayat alergi dengan p value < 0.05. Faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak akibat kerja (DKAK) adalah riwayat alergi dengan Exp (B) 6.879. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara masa kerja, pemakaian APD, dan riwayat alergi dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak akibat kerja pada nelayan melaut. The fisherman usually works more than 8 hours a day to catch fish at sea. Skin diseases in fishermen due to environmental factors and individual factors. Prevalence of dermatitis in 2009 states that the most of occupational skin diseases are contact dermatitis, about 90% both iritan and allergic. This research is to identify factors that relate to the incidence of dermatitis in fishermen in Sidakaya Village Cilacap. Observational analytic research with cross sectional design and consecutive sampling technique was used in this research. Subjects were 60 respondents who fulfill the inclusion criteria. Variables that observed are the usage of PPE, hygiene, occupational history, history of skin diseases, allergy history, and occupational contact dermatitis (DKAK). Primary data with questionnaire, chi-square statistical test and logistic regression. There were 38 respondents suffering from dermatitis and 22 respondents did not suffer from dermatitis. Factors that associated with occupational dermatitis (DKAK) are the usage of PPE, hygiene, and allergy history with p value <0.05. Factor that the most closely related to the occurrence of occupational dermatitis (DKAK) is allergy history with Exp (B) 6,879. There is a significant correlation between the working period, the usage of PPE, and the history of allergy with the occurrence of contact dermatitis in the fishermen.
