Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) respon morfologi dan fisiologi tanaman pakcoy dalam menanggapi berbagai jenis dan dosis POC berbasis urin sapi; 2) respon morfologi dan fisiologi tanaman pakcoy dalam menanggapi berbagai interval penyiraman; dan 3) interaksi antara aplikasi berbagai jenis dan dosis POC urin sapi dan berbagai interval penyiraman terhadap morfologi dan fisiologi tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di rumah kaca Agroekologi, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto mulai Mei sampai Agustus 2017. Jenis rancangan yang digunakan adalah RAKL dengan dua faktor yang terdiri dari berbagai jenis dan dosis POC (tanpa diberi POC, POC urin sapi bunting (USB) dosis 30 ml/l air, POC USB dosis 60 ml/l air, POC urin sapi tidak bunting (US) dosis 30 ml/l air, dan POC US dosis 60 ml/l air) dan interval penyiraman (interval penyiraman 2 kali sehari, 1 kali sehari, dan 2 hari sekali) sehingga terdapat 15 perlakuan serta diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Variabel yang diamati yaitu: tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, luas daun, bobot basah, bobot kering, kerapatan stomata, kandungan klorofil, laju asimilasi bersih dan laju pertumbuhan relatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji F dan uji DMRT taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC USB mampu memberikan hasil yang nyata terhadap variabel panjang akar dan bobot basah masing masing sebesar 20,12 cm dan 31,71 g. POC USB juga mampu menurunkan kerapatan stomata sebesar 36,5% dari perlakuan kontrol. Perlakuan interval penyiraman mampu memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, kandungan klorofil, dan bobot basah tanaman masing masing sebesar 20,58 cm; 14,73 helai; 36,25 unit; dan 30,05 g. Interaksi antar-perlakuan mampu menurunkan kerapatan stomata dengan kombinasi POC USB dosis 60 ml/l air dengan interval penyiraman 1 kali sehari yaitu sebesar 63,6% dibandingkan dengan perlakuan kontrol.

Inggris)This study aimed to determine: 1) morphological and physiological response of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) to various types and doses of liquid organic fertilizer cow’s urine; 2) morphological and physiological response of pakcoy to various watering intervals; and 3) interaction between various types and doses of cow’s urine fertilizer and various watering intervals to morphological and physiological response of pakcoy. This research was conducted at greenhouse of Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Karawangkal Village, North Purwokerto Subdistrict, Purwokerto City for 4 months started from May to August 2017. This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design with two factors consisting of various types and liquid organic fertilizer dose (without fertilizer, pregnant cow’s urine fertilizer dose 30 ml/l water, pregnant cow’s urine fertilizer dose 60 ml/l water, unpregnant cow’s urine fertilizer dose 30 ml/l water, and unpregnant cow’s urine fertilizer dose 60 ml/l water) and watering intervals (2 times daily, 1 times daily, and 1 times in 2 days), in total there were 15 treatments, and repeated for three times. Observed variables were: plant height, number of leaves, root length, leaf area, leaf total, wet weight, dry weight, stomatal density, chlorophyll content, net assimilation rate and relative growth rate. Observational data were analyzed by F test and continued test with Duncan's Multiple Range Test at 5% error level. Results showed that treatment of pregnant cattle’s urine fertilizer was able to give a significant outcome of pakcoy’s morphology on root length and wet weight of each 20,12 cm and 31,71 g. Pregnant cattle’s urine fertilizer also able to decrease stomatal density by 36,5% compared with control treatment. Watering interval treatment gave effect on morphological and physiological of pakcoy on plant height, leaf total, chlorophyll content, and wet weight of each 20,58 cm; 14,73 pieces; 36,25 units; and 30,05 g. Interaction between treatments also gave significantly results in stomatal density with a combination of treatment of pregnant cattle’s urine fertilizer doses of 60 ml/l of water with a watering interval of 1 time daily. Combination of these treatments managed to decrease stomatal density by 63,6% compared with control treatment.
