| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Perbanyakan krisan yang lazim dilakukan oleh petani adalah dengan penyetekan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi pemberian Rootone-F dan macam media terhadap pertumbuhan stek pucuk tanaman Chrysanthemum sp. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house Kebun Benih Hortikultura Baturaden (KBH), Desa Karangmangu, Banyumas. Kebun Benih Hortikultura (KBH) terletak pada ketinggian 600 meter di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian faktorial. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi larutan Rootone-F 0ppm (kontrol); 500ppm; 1000ppm; 1500ppm. Faktor kedua yaitu macam media tanam yang terdiri atas: arang sekam+kompos; pasir+kompos; arang sekam+pasir+kompos terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan. Percobaan dirancang berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap. Variabel yang diamati adalah presentase stek hidup, presentase stek berakar, jumlah akar, total panjang akar, pertambahan tinggi bibit, dan pertambahan jumlah daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan konsentrasi larutan Rootone-F dan macam media tanam tidak memberikan pengaruh pada presentase stek hidup, presentase stek berakar, jumlah akar, total panjang akar, pertambahan tinggi bibit, dan pertambahan jumlah daun. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | One of was cutting techniques commonly carried our by farmer for propagating chrysanthemum. This study aimed to: Determine the influence of combination of Rootone-F and media to growth of shoot cuttings of Chrysanthemum sp. The research was conducted in a screen house of Baturaden Horticulture Seed Garden (KBH), Karangmangu Village, Banyumas. The Horticultural Seed Garden (KBH) is located at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level. This research was a factorial experiment. The first factor was the concentration of Rootone-F 0ppm (control) solution; 500ppm; 1000ppm; 1500ppm. The second factor was the kind of planting medium consisting of: charcoal husk + compost; sand + compost; charcoal + sand + compost. There are 12 treatment combinations with 3 replicates. The experimental was designed based on Completely Randomized Block Design. The observed variables were percentage live cuttings, percentage of rooted cuttings, root number, total root length, seed height, and number of leaves. The results showed that the combination of treatment of Rootone-F solution concentration and the variety of planting medium did not give effect on live cuttings percentage, rooted root percentage, root number, total root length, seed height, and number of leaves. |
