| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) respon tiga varietas melon yang ditanam dengan sistem budidaya organik; 2) respon konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Nasa yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi tanaman melon; 3) respon kombinasi perlakuan yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman melon. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Banjarsari Kulon, Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas selama 3 bulan dimulai dari bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah 3 varietas melon yaitu Varietas Red Aroma, Silver Light, dan Aramis dan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Nasa dengan beberapa taraf yaitu 4 ml/l, 6 ml/l, 8 ml/l, dan kontrol ( tanpa pemberian konsentrasi pupuk organik cair) sehingga terdapat 12 perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Variabel yang diamati yaitu panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, kandungan klorofil, jumlah bunga, jumlah bunga rontok, bobot buah, diameter buah, kemanisan, dan kadar air. Data pengamatan dianalisis dengan uji F dan uji lanjut dengan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Varietas Red Aroma memberikan hasil terbaik pada panjang tanaman, jumlah bunga, dan jumlah bunga rontok sedangkan Varietas Silverlight memberikan hasil terbaik pada kandungan klorofil 2) pemberian berbagai konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Nasa tidak mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman melon 3) kombinasi 3 jenis varietas dengan beberapa konsentrasi pupuk organik cair tidak mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman melon. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine: 1) the response of melon varieties in the growth and production results; 2) response of types are most effective organic fertilizer for growth and yield of melon crop production; 3) Response of the best treatment combination on the growth and yield of melon. The research was conducted in Banjarsari Kulon village, Banyumas regency subdistricts discordant for 3 months starting from the month of July until August 2017. This study used complete randomized block design with two factors. The first factor is the 3 varieties of melon are Varieties of Red Scent, Silver Light, and Aramis and the second factor is the Concentration of a liquid organic fertilizer to some extent that is 4 ml / l, 6 ml / l, 8 ml / l, and control (without Concentration liquid organic fertilizer), so there are 12 treatment was repeated three times. Variables observed that the length of plants, number of leaves, leaf area, chlorophyll content, the amount of interest, the number of fall flowers, fruit weight, fruit diameter, sweetness, and moisture content. Data were analyzed by F test and continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test at the 5% error level. The results showed that 1) varieties of red aroma gives the best results on the length of the plant, chlorophyll, the amount of interest, and the amount of interest fall while varieties Aramis gives the best results on chlorophyll 2) response to several Concentration of fertilizer are not able to increase the growth and yield of melon 3) a combination of three types of varieties with multiple Concentration of liquid organic fertilizers are not able to increase the growth and yield of melon. |
