| Judul Artikel | Aplikasi Ekstrak Sereh dan Dosis NPK Rendah terhadap Pertumbuhan Gulma, Intensitas Serangan Hama dan Penyakit serta Hasil Padi Gogo |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk NPK dosis rendah dengan aplikasi ekstrak sereh terhadap tingkat serangan hama, penyakit, pertumbuhan gulma, dan hasil padi gogo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun Balai Benih Palawija Kalicacing yang terletak di Desa Kalimandi, Kecamatan Klampok, Kabupaten Banjarnegara pada bulan April-Juli 2017. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan Petak Terbagi dengan petak utama pupuk NPK P1 (50 % pupuk rekomendasi) dan P2 (100 % pupuk rekomendasi) dan anak petak yaitu ekstrak sereh S0 ( tanpa ekstrak sereh), S1 ( ekstrak sereh 5 %), S2 (ekstrak sereh 2,5 %), S3 (esktrak sereh 1,67 %), S4 (esktrak sereh 1,25 %), S5 (ekstrak sereh 1 %). Kombinasi perlakuan yang diperoleh sebanyak 12 unit dan diulang tiga kali sehingga ada 36 unit percobaan. Variabel yang diamati antara lain: Summed Dominance Ratio (SDR), indeks kesamaan gulma, intensitas serangan hama, penyakit, jumlah malai, jumlah gabah per rumpun, presentasi gabah isi per rumpun (%), bobot gabah per rumpun (gram), bobot 1000 biji (gram), bobot gabah per petak efektif (kg), bobot per hektar (ton/ha). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aplikasi pupuk NPK dan ekstrak sereh belum mampu menekan intensitas serangan hama, penyakit, pertumbuhan gulma, dan belum mampu meningkatkan hasil padi gogo. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aims of this research is to know: the effect of low-dose NPK fertilizer with application of lemongrass extract to pest, disease, weed, and upland rice yield. The research was conducted in Balai Benih Palawija Kalicacing located in Kalimandi Village, Klampok Sub-district, Banjarnegara Regency in April until July 2017. The study used Split Plot design with the main plot of NPK P1 fertilizer (50% fertilizer recommendation) and P2 (100% fertilizer recommendation) and sub plot of citronella extract S0 (without lemongrass extract), S1 (extract of lemongrass 5 %), S2 (2.5 % sereh extract), S3 (lemongrass extract 1.67), S4 (lemongrass extract 1,25 %), S5 (1 % lemongrass extract). The combined treatment obtained was 12 units and repeated three times so that there were 36 experimental units. The variables observed were: Summed Dominance Ratio (SDR), weed equality index, pest and disease intensity, number of panicles, number of grains per hill, presentation of grain per fill (%), grain weight per gram, 1000 seeds (grams), weight of grain per effective plot (kg), yield per hectare (ton / ha). The results showed that application of NPK and lemongrass extract had not been able to suppress the intensity of pests, diseases, weed growth, and has not been able to increase the yield of upland rice. |
