| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan Dana Desa di Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Dana Desa yang dimaksud adalah APBN sebagai amanat dari UU No.6 tahun 2014. Penelitian ini diarahkan pada evaluasi pengelolaan dana desa dari tahap perencanaan hingga tahap pelaporan dana desa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Desa-Desa di Indonesia. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah desa-desa di Kecamatan Sewon yaitu sejumlah 4 desa. 4 Desa tersebut adalah Desa Bangunharjo, Desa Panggungharjo, Desa Pendowoharjo dan Desa Timbulharjo. Analisis dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Setelah mendapatkan gambaran pengelolaan dana desa dilapangan dilanjutkan dengan analisis berdasarkan dokumen-dokumen yang sudah diperoleh serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pengelolaan Dana Desa (DD) di Kecamatan Sewon sudah cukup baik. Semua desa telah mencapai realisasi dana desa diatas 90% sehingga dapat telah efektif. Terdapat 3 desa telah cukup efisien sedangkan satu Desa yang masih kurang efisien. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study purposes to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency in the management of Village Funds in Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The Village Fund is referred to as APBN as mandate of Law No. 6 of 2014. This research is directed to evaluate of village fund management from planning stage to village fund reporting stage. The population in this study are the villages in Indonesia. While the sample in this study is the villages in the subdistrict of Sewon that consist of 4 villages. The four villages are Bangunharjo, Panggungharjo, Pendowoharjo and Timbulharjo. The analysis is done by qualitative descriptive analysis. After getting the description of village fund management followed by analysis based on the documents that have been obtained and interview. The result of this research is that the management of Village Fund in in the subdistrict of Sewon is good enough. All villages have achieved realization of village funds above 90% so that it can be effective. There are 3 villages have been efficient enough while one village is still less efficient. |
