| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif pada BUMN sektor non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2016. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Hutang, Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Suku Bunga Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris pada BUMN Sektor Non-Keuangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2016).” Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan hutang, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, dan suku bunga terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2016. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 BUMN. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling method. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) menunjukkan bahwa (1) Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahan, (2) Kebijakan hutang berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) Likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (5) Suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a quantitative research on non-financial sector BUMN listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2016. This study takes the title: "The Influence Analysis of Profitability, Debt Policy, Liquidity, Company Size, and Interest Rate To Company Value (Empirical Study on Non-Financial Sector BUMNs Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016)." The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of profitability, debt policy, liquidity, firm size, and interest rate to company value. The population in this study are all BUMNs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples in this study is 11 BUMNs. Determination of sample using purposive sampling method. Based on the results of research and data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) shows that (1) Profitability has positive effect to firm value, (2) Debt policy has positive effect to firm value, 4) The size of the company does not affect the value of the company, (5) Interest rates do not affect the value of the company. |
