| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | RINGKASAN Ada keuntungan yang akan didapatkan oleh perusahaan apabila perusahaan berinvestasi pada intellectual capital diantaranya ada berbagai macam faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan tersebut yaitu Human Capital, Structural Capital, Capital Employed dari ketiga elemen ini semuanya dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan tetapi jenis perusahaan juga akan sangat berpengaruh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel intellectual capital yang di bagi menjadi tiga elemen yaitu Human Capital, Structural Capital, Capital Employed terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor logam yang tertdaftar di BEI pada periode 2013-2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Human Capital tidak brpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Structural Capital berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Capital Employed berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. |

Inggris) | SUMMARY There are advantages to be gained by the company if the company invests in intellectual capital such as there are various factors that can affect the value of the company is Human Capital, Structural Capital, Capital Employed of these three elements can all affect the value of the company but the type of company will also be very influential. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of intellectual capital variables are divided into three elements, namely Human Capital, Structural Capital, Capital Employed to Company Value. The sample of this research is a metal manufacturing company listed on the BEI in the period 2013-2016. The results of this study show that Human Capital does not affect the Company Value, Structural Capital has a positive effect on Corporate Value, Capital Employed has a positive effect on Corporate Value. |
