| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan action research yang mengarah pada pemilihan rute atau jalur terpendek untuk menentukan lokasi perusahaan. Dalam pemilihan rute dan lokasi perusahaan usaha pengepulan kulit sapi, akan dibuat suatu model yaitu metode Saving Matrix. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lokasi usaha yang tepat, biaya dan waktu distribusi paling minimum dengan menggunakan metode Saving Matrix. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah penentuan lokasi untuk meminimasi waktu dan biaya pengiriman pada usaha pengepulan kulit sapi yang berada di kabupaten Banjarnegara kecamatan Mandiraja. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil biaya distribusi paling minimum apabila warehouse berada pada lokasi alternatif 3 yaitu Purbalingga dengan jumlah total biaya distribusi sebesar Rp. 29.625.000,00 dan dengan total waktu 20,8 jam atau 1.248 menit serta rute yang harus dilalui adalah Banjarnegara (Terminal Banjarnegara) – Purwokerto (Mersi) – Purbalingga – Cilacap. Dengan hasil penelitian ini perusahaan dapat menghemat biaya distribusi sebesar Rp. 17.925.000,00 yang semula lokasi usaha berada di Banjarnegara (Mandiraja) dengan total biaya distribusi sebesar Rp. 47.550.000,00 dan total waktu distribusi sebesar 22,65 jam atau 1.359 menit. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is an action research that leads to the selection of routes or shortest path to determine the location of the company. In choosing the route and location of the cattle husking business, a model will be developed, namely Saving Matrix method. This study aims to analyze the exact business location, cost and the minimum distribution time by using Saving Matrix method. The object of this research is the determination of location to minimize the time and cost of shipping at cattle husking business located in Banjarnegara district Mandiraja sub-district. In this study obtained the results of the minimum distribution costs if the warehouse is at an alternative location 3 Purbalingga with the total cost of distribution of Rp. 29.625.000,00 and with a total time of 20.8 hours or 1,248 minutes and the route that must be passed is Banjarnegara (Banjarnegara Terminal) - Purwokerto (Mersi) - Purbalingga - Cilacap. With the results of this study the company can save distribution costs of Rp. 17.925.000,00 which originally located in Banjarnegara (Mandiraja) with total distribution cost of Rp. 47.550.000,00 and total distribution time of 22.65 hours or 1,359 minutes. |
