| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian berbagai macam nutrisi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakchoy pada hidroponik sistem rakit apung. 2) Mengetahui varietas pakchoy terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakchoy pada hidroponik sistem rakit apung. 3) Mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara jenis nutrisi dan jenis varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil pakchoy pada hidroponik sistem rakit apung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Juli 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukankan di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Dukuh Waluh, Purwokerto terletak pada koordinat 7° 24’ 21” LS 109° 15’ 54” BT dengan ketinggian 100 m diatas permukaan laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Split Plot petak utamanya (Main Plot) adalah jenis nutrisi terdiri dari tiga taraf, yaitu AB mix 1= 0 ppmN, AB mix 2=100 ppmN dan AB mix 3=200 ppmN dan anak petaknya (Sub Plot) adalah varietas pakchoy terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu TM-Jade , Nauli F1 dan Green putsol. Variabel pengamatannya meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, jumlah klorofil, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar segar, volume akar dan panjang akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jenis nutrisi AB Mix 1 menunjukan hasil tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman dan luas daun. Varietas TM-Jade memberikan hasil terbaik pada tinggi tanaman dan jumlah klorofil sedangkan Nauli F1 memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah daun dan jumlah klorofil. Interaksi antara jenis nutrisi dan jenis varietas tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel yang diamati. |

Inggris) | This research is aimed to 1) The effect of various nutrients towards the growth and the yield of packchoy on hydroponic raft systems; 2) The best variety of pakchoy from three varieties towards the growth and the yield of packchoy on hydroponic raft systems; 3) The effect of interaction between the types of nutrients and the varieties towards the growth and the yield of lettuce on hydroponic floating raft systems. This research was conducted in May until July 2017 Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Dukuh Waluh Purwokerto. Purwokerto located at coordinate 7 ° 24 '21 " Southern Latitude and 109 ° 15' 54" Eastern Longitude with the altitude area 100 meters above sea level. This research used the Split Plot, the main plot consisted of three levels of nutrient, which AB mix 1= 0 ppmN, AB mix 2=100 ppmN dan AB mix 3=200 ppmN. The sub plot consisted of three variety TM-Jade, Nauli, and Green Putsol. The variables consisted of the height of the plant; the number of the leaves; leaf area; the number of chlorophylls; the weight of the fresh crown the wight of the fresh root; the volume of the root; and the length of the root. The results showed that types of nutrients AB Mix 1 showed the highest plant height and leaf area. TM-Jade variety provided hightst plant height and chlorophyll while Nauli F1 gave highest number of leaves and the amount of chlorophyll. The interaction between the types of nutrients and varieties did not affect the observed variables. |
