| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kadar Protein Kasar, Serat Kasar dan Bahan Organik pada Daun Gamal, Daun Jambu Biji, Daun Pepaya dan Kulit Nanas berbagai macam hijauan. Materi yang digunakan adalah daun jambu biji, daun pepaya, daun gamal, kulit nanas dan konsentrat (onggok, dedak padi, pollard, urea, bungkil kelapa, dan mineral) dan menggunakan metode eksperimental dan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu rancangan acak lengkap (4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan). Peubah yang diamati yaitu kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik dengan perlakuan P1 (40% daun gamal +60% konsentrat), P2 (40% daun pepaya +60% konsentrat), P3 (40% daun jambu biji +60% konsentrat), dan P4 (40% kulit nanas +60% konsentrat). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0.01) terhadap kadar protein kasar,serat kasar dan bahan organik. Rataan Protein Kasar adalah P1=14,007± 0,60 %, P2=14,490±0,36%,P3=10,389±0,55%,P4=8,060±0,84%.Rataan Serat Kasar adalah P1= 12,201± 1,31%, P2=15,070± 1,36 %, P3=19,143± 1,04 %, P4=14,067± 0,68%. Rataan Bahan Organik adalah P1=82,793± 0,41 %, P2=80,493 ± 0,54 %, P3=83,101± 0,45 %, P4=84,651± 0,15%. Disimpulkan bahwa dari keempat perlakuan Pencampuran konsentrat dengan tepung daun gamal merupakan perlakuan yang paling baik untuk digunakan sebagai pakan ternak ruminansia, dilihat dari kandungan nilai nutrien protein kasar (14,007± 0,60), serat kasar (12,201± 1,31) dan bahan organik (82,793± 0,41). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was to determine the Rough Protein Content, Rough Fiber and Organic Material on Gamal Leaf, Guava Leaf, Papaya Leaves and Pineapple Skin. The material used in the research were guava leaf, papaya leaf, gamal leaf, pineapple skin, as well as concentrate (onggok, rice bran, pollard, urea, coconut cake and minerals) and used experimental proxsimat method and Using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The variables were the value of Rough Protein Content, Rough Fiber and Organic Material. The treatments used were P1 (40% gamal leaf +60% concentrate), P2 (40% Guava Leaf +60% concentrate), P3 (40% papaya leaf+60% concentrate), dan P4 (40% Pineapple Skin +60% concentrate). Data were analysed by using an analysis of variance and then using the test honest significant difference (HSD). The research showed that treatment were very significant effect (P<0.01) on Rough Protein Content, Rough Fiber and Organic Material. The average of Rough Protein Content were P1=14,007± 0,60 %, P2=14,490±0,36%,P3=10,389±0,55%,P4=8,060±0,84% . The average of Rough Fiber were P1= 12,201± 1,31%, P2=15,070± 1,36 %, P3=19,143± 1,04 %, P4=14,067± 0,68%. The average of Organic Material were P1=82,793± 0,41 %, P2=80,493 ± 0,54 %, P3=83,101± 0,45 %, P4=84,651± 0,15%. concluded of this research the four treatments Mixing of concentrate with gamal leaf powder was the best treatment to be used as ruminant animal feed, seen from nutrient value of crude protein (14,007 ± 0,60), crude fiber (12,201 ± 1,31) and organic matter (82,793 ± 0.41). |
