| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji 1) konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh IBA yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan stek jeruk siam, 2) bagian batang yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan stek jeruk siam dan 3) ada atau tidaknya interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan stek jeruk siam. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Screen House, Desa Rempoah, Kecamatan Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas, pada Maret sampai dengan Juni 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor yang terdiri atas konsentrasi IBA (0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm dan 300 ppm) dan bagian batang (batang bagian pucuk dan batang bagian tengah), sehingga terdapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu persentase stek hidup, panjang akar, jumlah akar, saat muncul tunas, jumlah daun, panjang tunas dan bobot akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan zat pengatur tumbuh IBA pada konsentrasi 200 ppm menunjukkan hasil terbaik pada variabel persentase stek hidup, panjang akar, jumlah akar, saat muncul tunas dan bobot akar. Diketahui konsentrasi optimum pada persentase stek hidup sebesar 179 ppm. Batang bagian pucuk menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik daripada batang bagian tengah untuk variabel saat muncul tunas dengan rata-rata 28,22 hari sehingga mempercepat terbentuknya akar dan tunas pada stek. Tidak ada interaksi antara perlakuan beberapa konsentrasi IBA dan bagian batang terhadap keberhasilan dan pertumbuhan stek jeruk siam. |

Inggris) | This study aims to examine 1) the appropriate concentration of IBA growth regulators for the growth of mandarine cuttings, 2) appropriate stem parts for the growth of mandarine cuttings and 3) the presence or absence of interaction between the two factors on the growth of the mandarine cuttings. The research was conducted in Screen House, Rempoah Village, Baturraden Sub-district, Banyumas District, March to June 2017. This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 2 factors consisting of IBA concentration (0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm and 300 ppm) and stem section (shoot and center shaft), so there are 8 treatment combinations. The variables observed were live cutting percentage, root length, number of roots, time of bud break, number of leaves, bud length and root weight. The results showed that the treatment of IBA at a concentration of 200 ppm showed the best results on the percentage of success of cuttings, root length, number of roots, time of bud break and root weight. It is known that the optimum concentration on the percentage of success of cuttings of 179 ppm. The top shoots showed better results than the middle bar for variables time of bud break with an average of 28.22 days so that accelerated the formation of roots and shoots on the cuttings. There was no interaction between the treatment of some IBA concentrations and the stem section on the success and growth of the mandarine cuttings. |
