| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi biopestisida B. subtilis B298 terhadap pertumbuhan cabai merah, (2) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi biopestisida B. subtilis B298 terhadap hasil cabai merah, (3) menentukan perlakuan terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai merah. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di lahan Desa Karangturi Kecamatan Mrebet Kabupaten Purbalingga selama bulan Maret sampai Agustus 2017. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan 4 perlakuan yaitu kontrol, biopestisida B. subtilis B298 dengan kepadatan bakteri 2x108 Cfu/ml , fungisida berbahan aktif Propineb dengan konsentrasi 2g/l, dan campuran biopestisida B. subtilis B298 2x108 Cfu/ml dengan fungisida berbahan aktif Propineb 1g/l, diulang sebanyak 6 kali. Perlakuan kocor dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali dan perlakuan semprot dilakukan sebanyak 6 kali. Variabel yang diamati adalah pertambahan tinggi tanaman, pertambahan jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, volume akar, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, jumlah bunga, jumlah buah, bobot buah per tanaman dan bobot buah per petak. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan uji F, jika berpengaruh nyata dilanjut dengan uji BNT dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) aplikasi B. subtilis B298 tidak meningkatkan komponen pertumbuhan cabai merah, (2) aplikasi B. subtilis B298 meningkatkan jumlah bunga sebesar 23,41% dan jumlah buah sebesar 15,34% dibandingkan kontrol, (3) aplikasi biopestisida B. subtilis B298 merupakan perlakuan terbaik dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to (1) know the effect of biopesticide B. subtilis B298 application on red pepper growth, (2) know the effect of biopesticide application of B. subtilis B298 on red pepper, (3) determine good treatment on growth and yield of red pepper. This research was carried out in the land of Karangturi Mrebet Sub-district, Purbalingga District during March to August 2017. Reasearch design used was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) non factorial with 4 treatments are control, biopestisida B. subtilis B298 with compactness of bacteria 2x108 Cfu/ml, fungicide contain Propineb with concectrate 2g/l and combination biopestisida B. subtilis B298 2x108 Cfu/ml with fungicide contain Propineb 1g/l which repeated 6 times. The pour treatments were done 3 times and the spray treatments were done 6 times. Variables observed included plant height, number of leaf, plant fresh weight, root volume, dry weight of the plant, amount of flower, amount of fruit, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per nursery bed. The observed data were analyzed by F test followed by LSD at level 5% error. The result showed (1) B. subtilis B298 application did not increase to the growth component, (2) B. subtilis B298 application increased to the amount of flower by 23,41% and the amount of fruit by 15,34% than control, (3) B. subtilis B298 application was the best treatment than the others. |
