| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Nanas (Ananas comosus L.) adalah salah satu komoditas hortikultura dan komoditas buah unggulan di Indonesia. Nanas madu yang terkenal dengan rasa manis berasal dari Kabupaten Pemalang dan terdapat masyarakat yang menggunakan lahan Perum Perhutani untuk berusahatani nanas madu. Tujuan penelitian adalah 1) Mengetahui bentuk kerjasama antara pihak Perum Perhutani dan petani pesanggem nanas madu yang diperantai oleh LMDH Depok Jaya 2) Mengetahui pendapatan petani nanas madu yang bekerjasama dengan Perum Perhutani 3) Mengetahui kelayakan usahatani nanas madu yang dilakukan oleh petani pesanggem nanas madu di lahan Perum Perhutani 4) Mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan usahatani nanas madu terhadap kesejahteraan hidup para petani pesanggem nanas madu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RPH Moga, BKPH Moga, KPH Pekalongan Barat Perum Perhutani Unit I Jawa Tengah dengan lahan hutan pada anak petak 37H yang memiliki 40 petani pesanggem nanas madu. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 01 sampai 30 Juni 2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya dan penerimaan, analisis pendapatan, analisis NPV, IRR dan B/C Ratio dan juga analisis kesejahteraan penduduk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Berdasarkan perjanjian kerjasama di anak petak 37H Desa Beluk, bagi hasil (sharing) yang berlaku adalah pihak petani pesanggem nanas madu 75%, Perum Perhutani KPH Pekalongan Barat 17,5% dan LMDH Depok Jaya dan Desa Beluk 7,5% 2) Pendapatan petani pesanggem nanas madu pada anak petak 37H pada tahun kedua sebesar Rp 11.478.822,00, tahun ketiga sebesar Rp 15.462.992,00, tahun keempat sebesar RP 15.462.992,00 dan tahun kelima sebesar RP 10.623.692,00 3) Analisis kelayakan finansial didapat NPV Rp 28.794.821,00, IRR 121% dan B/C Ratio 1,47 4) Kontribusi pendapatan usahatani nanas madu didapat hasil 49,31% yang berarti baik dalam suatu kontribusi. |

Inggris) | Pineapple (Ananas comosus L.) is one of horticulture commodity and commodity of pre-eminent fruit in Indonesia.Pineapple honey is famous for its sweet taste comes from Pemalang Regency and there are people who use the land Perum Perhutani to plant pineapple honey. The research objectives are 1) To know the form of cooperation between the Perhutani KPH West Pekalongan and the farmers honey pineapple which is chained by LMDH Depok Jaya 2) Knowing the income of honey pineapple farmers in cooperation with Perhutani KPH West Pekalongan 3) Knowing the feasibility of pineapple honey farming done by farmers honey pineapple on the land Perhutani KPH West Pekalongan 4) Knowing the contribution of pineapple farming income honey on the welfare of farmers honey pineapple. The research was carried out in RPH Moga, BKPH Moga, KPH West Pekalongan Perum Perhutani Unit I Central Java with forest land in 37H plot child with 40 farmers honey pineapple. The study was conducted from 01 to 30 June 2017. Method the analysis used is cost and acceptance analysis, income analysis, NPV analysis, IRR and B / C Ratio as well as analysis of welfare of population based on income, living conditions, residential facilities, health of household members and education of household members.
