| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air kelapa terhadap pertumbuhan stek melati putih, 2) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian hormon IBA (Indole Butyric Acid) terhadap pertumbuhan stek melati putih, 3) mengetahui tingkat konsentrasi air kelapa dan IBA (Indole Butyric Acid) yang optimum terhadap pertumbuhan stek melati putih. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan sejak bulan Juni 2017 sampai Agustus 2017 di Desa Tanan, Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah air kelapa dengan 4 taraf, yaitu konsentrasi 0 % (A0), 2 % (A1), 4 % (A2), dan 6 % (A3). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh IBA (Indole Butyric Acid) dengan 4 taraf, yaitu konsentrasi 0 ppm (B0), 100 ppm (B1), 200 ppm (B2), 300 ppm (B3). Jumlah kombinasi perlakuan yaitu 16 perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan, menghasilkan 48 unit percobaan. Variabel pertumbuhan yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu persentase hidup, pertumbuhan panjang tunas, jumlah akar, panjang akar, bobot basah akar, bobot kering akar, jumlah daun, dan luas daun. Hasil penilitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan air kelapa dan IBA (Indole Butyric Acid) tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel petumbuhan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aimed to 1) coconut water agains the growth of cutting of white jasmine, 2) know how the granting of hormone IBA (Indole Butyric Acid) towards growth cuttings of white jasmine, 3) knowing the level of concentration of the water coconut and IBA (Indole Butyric Acid) towards the optimum growth of cutting of white jasmine. Research has been conducted from June 2017 to August 2017 at Taman Village, Pemalang. This study used a Randomized Complete Block Design with 2 factors. The first factor was coconut water with 4 levels, there are concentration 2 % (A1), 4 % (A2), 6 % (A3) and for comparison used control (A0). The second factor was the concentrations of growth regulator with 4 levels, there are concentration 100 ppm (B1), 200 ppm (B2), 300 ppm (B3) and for comparison used control (B0). The number of treatment combinations is 16 with 3 replications, yielding 48 experimental units. The variables observed in this study were percentage of life, growth of long shoots, number of roots, root length, the wet weight of the roots, the dry weight of the roots, the number of leaves, and broad leaf. The result shows that the combination treatment of coconut water and the IBA (Indole Butyric Acid) does not have significantly effect to all growth variables. |
