| Judul Artikel | ALLOCATION OF TIME AND CONTRIBUTION OF WOMEN TEA PICKER LABORS TOWARD FAMILY INCOME (A CASE STUDY OF BEDAKAH VILLAGE KERTEK SUBDISTRICT WONOSOBO REGENCY) |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tenaga kerja wanita untuk mengalokasikan waktu dan kontribusi tenaga wanita pemetik teh terhadap pendapatan keluarga di Desa Bedakah Kecamatan Kertek Kabupaten Wonosobo dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita pemetik teh. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bedakah yang terletak di Kecamatan Kertek Kabupaten Wonosobo. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pekerja pemetik teh perempuan mengalokasikan lebih banyak waktu untuk kegiatan non ekonomi adalah 515,41 jam / bulan (71,58%) dibandingkan dengan kegiatan ekonomi atau aktivitas memetik teh sebesar 204,59 jam / bulan (28,42%). Kontribusi pekerja wanita pemetik teh terhadap pendapatan keluarga yang relatif rendah adalah 40,13%. Nilai r square diperoleh dengan menggunakan model regresi logistik sebesar 0,838 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi variabel independen (umur, tingkat pendidikan, upah, keluarga tanggungan dan pengalaman kerja) pekerja pemetik teh wanita terhadap pendapatan keluarga di Desa Bedakah Kertek Kecamatan Wonosobo sebesar 83,8% , sedangkan sisa 16,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model. Hasil analisis regresi logistik diperoleh hasil uji yaitu umur, tingkat pendidikan dan tidak signifikan dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pendapatan seorang pekerja pemetik teh wanita. Upah, tanggungan keluarga dan pengalaman kerja positif dan signifikan terhadap penghasilan seorang pekerja pemetik teh wanita. |

Inggris) | This research aims to analyses the labor women to allocate time and contribution of women tea picker labors to family income in Bedakah Village Kertek Subdistric Wonosobo Regency and factors that influence of income a woman tea picker labors. The basic method employed in this reseach was descriptive analytical method. Technique of carrying out research employed was survey method. This research was carried out in Bedakah Village located in Kertek Subdistric of Wonosobo Regency. The result of data analysis shows that the women tea pickers labor allocate more time to activities of non-economic is 515.41 hours/month (71.58%) than to the economic activities or activity of pluck tea is 204.59 hours/month (28.42%). The contribution of women tea picker labors to family income is relatively low is 40.13%. The R square value was obtained using logistic regression model of 0.838 meaning that the contribution of independent variable (age, education level, wages, dependants family and work experience) women tea picker labors to family income in Bedakah Village Kertek Subdistric Wonosobo Regency of 83.8%, while 16.2% remaining is affected by other variables excluded from the model. The result of the Logistic regression analysis obtained test result is age, education level and was not significant and negative effect on the income a woman tea picker labors. Wages, dependents family and work experience positive and significant to income a woman tea picker labors. |
