| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas akrual, konservatisme, kepemilikan manajerial dan keefektifan komite audit terhadap risiko keruntuhan harga saham. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 128 perusahaan going public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data pada menelitian ini adalah analisa regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel Kualitas akrual, Konservatisme dan Kepemilikan manajerial memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap risiko keruntuhan harga saham. Sedangkan variabel Keefektifan komite audit tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap risiko keruntuhan harga saham. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa faktor internal perusahaan yang terdiri dari kualitas akrual, konservatisme dan kepemilikan manajerial perlu diperhatikan guna meminimalisir risiko keruntuhan harga saham. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of accrual quality, conservatism, managerial ownership and effectiveness of the audit committee on the risk of stock price crash. The population of this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples taken in this study are 128 companies going public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are Accrual quality, Conservatism and Managerial ownership have negative effect on the risk of stock price crash. The effectiveness of the audit committee does not has negative effect on the risk of stock price crash. The implication of this research is that internal factors of company which consist of accrual quality, conservatism and managerial ownership need to be considered in order to minimize risk of stock price crash. |
