| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Layanan Posyandu di Kecamatan Gunung Jati Kabupaten Cirebon akan optimal jika didukung dengan Kepemimpinan yang efektif, melalui Gaya Kepemimpinannya dalam memimpin bawahannya. Hal lainnya juga menyangkut Lingkungan Kerja yang kondusif, yaitu sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka kajian ini adalah “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Petugas Puskesmas Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Pelayanan Posyandu Di Kecamatan Gunung Jati Kabupaten Cirebon” bertujuan mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Petugas Puskesmas dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap Pelayanan Posyandu di Kecamatan Gunung Jati Kabupaten Cirebon. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah kader Posyandu di wilayah kantor Puskesmas Gunung Jati Kecamatan Gunung Jati Kabupaten Cirebon dengan sampel 47 kader posyandu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei, dengan teknik analisis data Kendall tau, Konkordansi Kendall W dan Regresi Ordinal. Hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Pelayanan Posyandu sebesar 0,699 atau 69,9 persen. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Pelayanan Posyandu sebesar 0,537 atau 53,79 persen. (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Pelayanan Posyandu sebesar 0,927 atau 92,7 persen. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Posyandu service in Gunung Jati Sub-district of Cirebon Regency will be optimal if supported by effective Leadership, through Leadership Style in leading subordinates. Other matters are also related to a conducive Work Environment, that is in accordance with work needs. Based on these conditions, this study is "The Influence of Leadership Style of Puskesmas Officers and Work Environment on Posyandu Service in Gunung Jati Sub-District of Cirebon Regency" aims to know to know the influence of Leadership Style of Puskesmas Officers AND Work Environment together and partial on Posyandu Service in Gunung Jati Sub-district of Cirebon Regency. The target of this research is Posyandu cadres in the area of Gunung Jati Public Health Office, Gunung Jati Subdistrict, Cirebon District with samples of 47 Posyandu cadres. The research method used is survey method, with data analysis technique Kendall tau, Concordance Kendall W and Ordinal Regression. The results of quantitative analysis in this study indicate (1) There is a positive and significant influence between the Leadership Style on Posyandu Services amounted to 0.699 or 69.9 percent. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on Posyandu Services at 0.537 or 53.79 percent. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the Leadership Style and the Work Environment on the Posyandu Service at 0.927 or 92.7 percent. |
