| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Isu anggapan Unit Kepatuhan Internal (UKI) sebagai sebuah gangguan bagi manajemen operasional adalah isu yang penting mengingat UKI dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk membantu manajemen dalam meminimalkan terjadinya kekeliruan. Anggapan tersebut dapat membentuk persepsi atas peran UKI sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui apa persepsi para manajer tentang peran UKI serta sejauh mana persepsi tersebut memengaruhi kinerja UKI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi pejabat eselon di lingkungan Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan tentang peran UKI serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi tersebut terhadap kinerja Bagian Kepatuhan dan Verifikasi Kekayaan Pegawai sebagai UKI. Penelitian dilakukan di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan dengan populasi seluruh pejabat mulai dari eselon II sampai dengan eselon IV. Data diambil dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden terpilih yaitu sebanyak 42 orang pejabat. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para pejabat eselon di Inspektorat Jenderal mempersepsikan peran dominan yang dijalankan oleh UKI selama ini adalah sebagai konsultan. Selain itu, persepsi tentang peran UKI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Bagian KVKP sebagai UKI. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The issue of the Internal Compliance Unit (UKI) assumption as a disruption to operational management is an important issue considering that UKI is established with the aim of assisting management in minimizing errors. As the assumption can form a perception on the role of UKI, research on perceptions of managers about the role of UKI needs to be done to determine the extent to which the perception affect the performance of UKI This research is a quantitative study conducted to know official’s perception in Inspectorate General of Ministry of Finance about the role of UKI and also to determine the effect of the perceptions on the performance of KVKP (Kepatuhan dan Verifikasi Kekayaan Pegawai) division as UKI of Inspectorate General. The study was conducted at Inspectorate General with the population of all officials ranging from echelon II to IV. Data was retrieved by distributing questionnaries to the selected respondents as many as 42 officials. This study used a model of simple linear regression. The result of this research showed that the officials in Inspectorate General perceives the dominant role which is run by UKI is as a consultant. In additions, perceptions about the role of UKI has positive and significant effect on the performance of KVKP division as UKI. |
