| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting untuk menentukan keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan. Pegawai harus memiliki kompetensi yang bagus sehingga mampu memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada, karena apabila kompetensi dalam suatu kantor tersebut bagus maka dapat dikatakan pelaksanaan capaian kerja akan maksimal dan seperti yang diharapkan. Selain itu pegawai harus memiliki motivasi agar mau dan bersemangat dalam melakukan pekerjaannya di dalam kantor. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh kompetensi pegawai dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan metode survey. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Purwokerto sebesar 45 pegawai.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Koefisien Korelasi Kendal Tau-c, Korelasi Konkordansi Kendal W dan Regresi Ordinal. Hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 56,5 persen. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 43,8 persen. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi pegawai dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 66,2 persen. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa semua variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Purwokerto. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The worker performance is an important factor to determine success organization in goal oriented. Employees must have a good competence so as to provide solutions to existing problems, because if the competence in an office is good then it can be said that the implementation of job performance will be maximized and as expected. Furthermore employees must have the motivation to do his work in and eager in his office. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of employee competence on the employee performance, the influence of the work motivation to the employee performance, and the influence of the employee competence and work motivation to the employee performance of State Wealth Service Offices and Auction in Purwokerto. The research implements quantitative assosiative method with method survey approach. The research objective is the worker of KPKNL Purwokerto with the total number of 45 workers. Technique of data collection is conducted through quesionaire, observation and documentation. The analysis methods used in this research are Coeficience Corelation Kendall’s Tau-c, Kendall’s W and Ordinal Regression. The result of quantitative analysis in this study indicate: (1) There is positive and significant influence between employee competence on the influence employee performance by 56,5 percent. (2) There is positive and significant influence between the work motivation on the employee performance by 43,8 percent. (3) There is positive and significant between employee competence and work motivation on the employee performance of State Wealth Service Offices and Auction in Purwokerto by 66,2 percent. The conclusion of this study is that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable is the employee performance of State Wealth Service Offices and Auction in Purwokerto. |
