| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Supply Chain Management dan Supply Chain Flexibility Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan Keunggulan Bersaing Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Pada Industri Kecil dan Menengah Knalpot Purbalingga). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh supply chain management dan supply chain flexibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan keunggulan bersaing berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden dari total 173 anggota populasi, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dan wawancara. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah supply chain management berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, supply chain flexibility berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, supply chain management berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing, supply chain flexibility berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, keunggulan bersaing memediasi secara positif pengaruh supply chain management terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan keunggulan bersaing memediasi secara positif pengaruh supply chain flexibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Alat analisis data menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dengan melakukan uji convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, koefisien determinasi (R2), goodness of fit serta analisis model struktural. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa supply chain management, supply chain flexibility dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, supply chain management dan supply chain flexibility berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing, keunggulan bersaing memediasi secara positif pengaruh supply chain management terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan keunggulan bersaing memediasi secara positif pengaruh supply supply chain flexibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan. |

Inggris) | The title of this research is : Analyze The Influence of Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Flexibility to Company Performance with Competitive Advantage as a Mediating Variable (Study on Small and Medium Muffler Industry in Purbalingga). The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence supply chain management and supply chain flexibility to company performance with competitive advantage as a mediating variable. The research sample about 64 respondents of total 173 members of population, taken by simple random sampling. While used data collecting technique that is with questioner and interview. The hypothesis of this research are supply chain management has positive effect on company performance, supply chain flexibility has positive effect on company performance, supply chain management has positive effect on competitive advantage, supply chain flexibility has positive effect on competitive advantage, competitive advantage has positive effect on company performance, competitive advantage positively mediate the effect of supply chain management on company performance and competitive advantage positively mediate the effect of supply chain flexibility on company performance. The analytical tools that used the analyze of partial least square (PLS) analysis with convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, composite reliability test, coefficient determination (R2) test, goodness of fit test and structural model analysis. Based on the result of this study concluded that supply chain management, supply chain flexibility and competitive advantage has a positive effect on company performance, supply chain management and supply chain flexibility has a positive effects on competitive advantage, competitive advantage positively mediate the effect of supply chain management on company performance and competitive advantage positively mediate the effect of supply chain flexibility on company performance. |
