Indonesia) | POKLAHSAR adalah kelompok pengolah dan pemasaran hasil perikanan yang melakukan kegiatan ekonomi bersama dalam wadah kelompok yang dibina oleh Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia Nomor: KEP.14/MEN/2012. Produk olahan perikanan yang dihasilkan adalah pindang ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini dilakukan dengan cara sensus. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini yang pertama menggunakan metode variabel costing yang berfungsi untuk menentukan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) menggunakan tabulasi dengan bantuan kalkulator dan perangkat lunak (software) Microsoft Office Excel 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya total usaha per tahun sebesar Rp. 272.324.440, penerimaan Rp. 338.000.000,00 dengan jumlah produksi sebanyak 84.500 ekor ikan dan keuntungan total dalam satu tahun sebesar Rp. 66.266.200,00 waktu pengembalian modal adalah empat bulan, NPV bernilai positif, tingkat pengembalian internal menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan serta titik impas usaha ini yaitu Rp. 3.718.874,00.

Inggris) | POKLAHSAR is a processing group and marketing of fishery products which perform economic activities together in a coordinated group who were coached by The Ministry of Fisheries and Maritime affairs in accordance with the Decision of Minister of Maritime and Fishery Republic of Indonesia Number:KEP.14/MEN/2012. Processed fishery products is preserved Milkfish (Chanos chanos). Method used in this research was survey method. Data was collected by sampling sensus. The method of data analysis in this study is the first using variable costing method that serves to determine the Cost of Production (HPP) using tabulation with the help of calculator and software (software) Microsoft Office Excel 2013. The result of research is the total cost of business annually is Rp. 272.324.440, total revenue of Rp. 338.000.000,00 with total production of 84.500 fish and total profit in one year equal to Rp. 66.266.200,00 the payback period during four month, the NPV is positive and the internal rate of return indicates that the business is feasible with break event point of Rp. 3.718.874,00.
