| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Current Ratio (CR) Terhadap Harga Saham (Pada Industri Pertambangan Yang Tercatat Di BEI Tahun 2010-2015)”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisi pengaruh DER, PER, ROE dan CR terhadap Harga Saham. Dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap Harga Saham pada Industri Pertambangan yang tercatat di BEI tahun 2010-2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan di industry pertambangan yang tercatat di BEI tahun 2010-2015. Jumlah populasi 41 dan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling di dapat 13 sampel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif dengan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa Debt To equity Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Price Earning Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Return On Equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Current Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Dengan demikian seluruh hipotesis dapat diterima. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan perusahaan dapat lebih memperhatikan masing-masing pengaruh variabel sebagai salah satu cara untuk memberikan sinyal kepada investor mengenai performa perusahaan. Dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini guna untuk mempertimbangkan sinyal yang diberikan oleh perusahaan mengenai kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor fundamental yang termasuk di dalamnya rasio-rasio keuangan. Dan melihat variabel-variabel yang signifikan terhadap harga saham dalam penelitian ini sehingga para investor dapat mempertimbangkannya sebelum mengambil keputusan untuk berinvestasi di perusahaan tersebut. Inggris) | This research entitled "analysis of the influence of the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), the Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return On Equity (ROE) and the Current Ratio (CR) against share prices (On the mining industry recorded in BEI 2010-2015 Year)". The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of DER, PER, ROE and CR against stock prices. And to know the variables that have an influence on the share price against the dominant mining industry recorded in BEI 2010-2015 year. The population in this research is the company in the mining industry recorded in BEI 2010-2015. The population in this research is the company in the mining industry recorded in BEI 2010-2015 year. 41 and population by using purposive sampling get 13 samples. Type of this research is quantitative research are associative with the regression analysis techniques to the data pane. Based on the analysis of the results obtained that the Debt To equity Ratio of a negative and significant effect against the stock price. Price Earning Ratio of positive and significant effect against the stock price. Return On Equity is positive and significant effect against the stock price and the Current Ratio of positive and significant effect against the stock price. Thus the whole hypothesis is acceptable. The implications of this research that is expected the company could pay more attention to the influence of each variable as one way to give a signal to investors about the company's performance. Can use the results of this research in order to consider the signal given by the company regarding the company's performance. Having regard to the fundamental factors which includes the ratio-financial ratio. And look at the variables that significantly to stock prices in this study so that investors can consider it before making a decision to invest in the company.
