| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan feed supplement terhadap konsumsi pakan dan produksi susu. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Tersarang (Nested Classification) dengan 3 perlakuan dan ulangan 4 kali (grup A) dan 3 kali (grup B). Perlakuan level feed supplement yaitu R0 = 0% Heit-Chrose, R1 = 1% Heit-Chrose, R2 = 2% Heit-Chrose. Materi penelitian yaitu sapi perah Frisien Holstein sebanyak 21 ekor terdiri grup A (laktasi 2) = 12 ekor dan grup B (laktasi 4) = 9 ekor. Pengukuran konsumsi pakan (minggu terakhir) selama 3 hari, menghitung pakan pemberian dan sisa sampel, kemudian dianalisis Proksimat di laboraturium Ilmu Bahan Makanan Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode experimental. Rataan konsumsi pakan grup A (laktasi 2) 13,56 + 1,61 kg dan grup B (laktasi 4) 11,75 + 1,22 kg. Rataan produksi susu pada grup A (laktasi 2) yaitu 6,49 + 0,671 lt dan grup B (laktasi 4) yaitu 6,90 + 0,989 lt. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa pemberian feed supplement Heit-Chrose yang dicampurkan ke dalam konsentrat memberikan perbedaan (P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi pakan dan tidak memberikan perbedaan (P>0,05) terhadap produksi susu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian feed supplement Heit-Chrose sebanyak 1-2% dari total konsentrat mempengaruhi konsumsi pakan ternak, akan tetapi belum mempengaruhi ternak dalam produksi susu. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research aims to determine the effect of adding feed supplement to feed intake and milk production. The study design used Nested Classification with 3 treatments and replicates 4 times (group A) and 3 times (group B). Treatment of feed supplement level was R0 = 0% Heit-Chrose, R1 = 1% Heit-Chrose, R2 = 2% Heit-Chrose. The material used was 21 Frisien Holstein dairy cows that are divided into group A (lactation 2) = 12 head of cattle and group B (lactation 4) = 9 head of cattle. Measurement of feed intake (in the last week) for 3 days by calculating feed and residual feed. Moreover, sample of the feed and residual feed had been analyzed with proximate analysis at feedstuff Laboratory of Animal Science, University of Jenderal Soedirman. This research was conducted by experimental method. The average intake of group A feed (lactation 2) 13.56 + 1.61 kg and group B (lactation 4) 11.75 + 1.22 kg. The average of milk production in group A (lactation 2) is 6.49 + 0.671 lt and group B (lactation 4) is 6.90 + 0.989 lt. The result of variance analysis showed that feeding of Heit-Chrose feed supplement mixed into concentrate had significant effect (P <0,05) on feed intake and no significant effect (P> 0,05) to milk production. Based on the statement above, it can be concluded that feeding supplement Heit-Chrose 1-2% of the total concentrate affect the cattle feed intake, but not yet affect the cattle in milk production. |
