| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul: Analisis Pengaruh Self Esteem, Self Efficacy, Hubungan Interpersonal, Kecerdasan Emosi dan Work Family Conflict Terhadap Stres Kerja Pada Perawat Wanita Ruang Rawat Inap di RSUD’45 Kuningan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Self Esteem, Self Efficacy, Hubungan Interpersonal, Kecerdasan Emosi dan Work Family Conflict Terhadap Stres Kerja Pada Perawat Wanita Yang Sudah Menikah. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 88 responden dari populasi seluruh perawat yang sudah menikah yang berjumlah 112 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah Self Esteem, Self Efficacy, Hubungan Interpersonal, Kecerdasan Emosi mempunyai pegaruh negatif terhadap stres kerja, dan Work Family Conflict mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan uji determinasi (R2), Uji F, Uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Self Esteem, Self Efficacy, Hubungan Interpersonal, Kecerdasan Emosi mempunyai pengaruh negative terhadap stres kerja dan Work Family Conflict mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this research is : Analyze influence self esteem, self efficacy, emotional quotient, interpersonal relationship and work family conflict of job stress in nurse inpatient care room of RSUD’45 Kuningan. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of self esteem, self efficacy, emotional quotient, interpersonal relationship and work family conflict of job stress. The research sample about 88 respondens of total 112 members of population, taken by simple random sampling. While used data collecting technique that is with interview and questioner. The hypothesis of this research are self esteem, self efficacy, emotional quotient, interpersonal relationship has a negative on job stress and work family conflict has a positive on job stress. The analytical tools that used the analyze of multiple regression analysis with the determinasi (R2) test, F test, t test and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of this study concluded that the of self esteem, self efficacy, emotional quotient, interpersonal relationship has a negative on job stress, and work family conflict has a positive on job stress.
