Indonesia) | Abstrak FAKTOR MATERNAL YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN ABORTUS INKOMPLIT DI RSI MUHAMMADIYAH RODLIYAH ACHID MOGA PEMALANG Nurul Khomariah, Colti Sistiarani, Setyowati Rahardjo Latar Belakang : Abortus merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang dapat mengarah pada kasus kesakitan dan kematian ibu. Abortus menyumbang 4% dari kasus kematian ibu di Indonesia dan abortus Inkomplit merupakan yang paling banyak terjadi, salah satunya di RSI Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Moga Pemalang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor maternal yang mempengaruhi kejadian abortus Inkomplit. Metodologi : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik korelasi dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang mengalami abortus yang tercatat pada rekam medis di RSI Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Moga Pemalang berjumlah 115 kasus abortus. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 102 kasus abortus. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian abortus inkomplit adalah usia ibu (p-value = 0,017) dan usia kehamilan (p-value = 0,031), sedangkan faktor yang tidak berpengaruh adalah paritas (p-value = 0,129) dan riwayat abortus (p-value = 0,912). Kesimpulan : Usia ibu dan usia kehamilan berpengaruh terhadap kejadian abortus inkomplit di RSI Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Moga Pemalang. Abortion accounts for 4% of maternal deaths in Indonesia and incomplete abortion is the most common, one of which is in Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Hospital Moga Pemalang. This study aimed to know the maternal factors that influence incomplete abortion incident. Methods: this study was an analityc correlation research with cross sectional design. The populations of this study were all mothers who had abortion recorded in the medical record in Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Hospital Moga Pemalang were 115 cases of abortion. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technic based on the inclusion criteria, the total sample was 102 cases of abortion. The analysis is univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate analysis by logistic regression. Result: the result of this study showed that the factors that influence incomplete abortion incident are maternal age (p=0,017) and gestational age (p=0,031) , while the factors that not influence are parity (p=0,129) and abortion history (p=0,912). Conclusion: maternal age and gestational age influence the incomplete abortion incident in Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Hospital Moga Pemalang.
