| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji kondisi kohesivitas dan produktivitas di Kelompok Tani Ternak Tunas Mukti serta mengkaji hubungan di antara keduanya. Sasaran dari penelitian ini adalah anggota Kelompok Tani Ternak Tunas Mukti berjumlah 27 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey yaitu memberikan pertanyaan kepada responden dalam bentuk kuesioner sebagai instrumen. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif eksploratif serta dilakukan pengujian antar variabel dengan menggunakan Uji Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kohesivitas di Kelompok Tani Ternak Tunas Mukti menunjukkan persentase yang berbeda-beda pada masing-masing dimensinya, dimensi pertama yakni Individual Attraction to The Group Social (ATGS), 63% responden menghasilkan poin lebih dari 25 dan 37% menghasilkan poin di bawah 25, hal ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai ATGS tinggi. Dimensi kedua yakni Individual Attraction to The Group Task (ATGT), 15% responden menghasilkan poin di atas 20 dan 85% menghasilkan poin di bawah 20, disimpulkan bahwa ATGT kelompok rendah. Dimensi ketiga yaitu Group Integration Social (GIS), 33% responden menghasilkan poin di atas 20 dan 67% menghasilkan poin di bawah 20, disimpulkan bahwa GIS kelompok rendah. Dimensi ke empat yakni Group Integration Task (GIT), 67% responden menghasilkan poin di atas 25 sedangkan 33% responden lainnya menghasilkan poin di bawah 25, disimpulkan bahwa GIT kelompok tinggi. Hasil rata-rata perhitungan dimensi kohesivitas menunjukkan kohesivitas kelompok rendah. Hasil perhitungan produktivitas kelompok menunjukkan hasil sebesar 2,79 yang dapat diartikan bahwa kondisi produktivitas kelompok tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kohesivitas dengan produktivitas di Kelompok Tani Ternak Tunas Mukti. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research aimed to study the condition of cohesiveness and productivity at Tunas Mukti Farmers Groups and also to study correlation between them. The object of the study were 27 members of Tunas Mukti Farmers Groups. The research method used is survey, means that research gives questions to respondens in the form of questionnaire as the instrument. Data analysis was done with descriptive and explorative analysis and conducted testing between variables with Rank Spearman Correlation Test. The result of the study showed that the condition of cohesiveness in Tunas Mukti Farmers Groups had difference for each dimension, the first dimension is the Individual Attraction to the Group Social (ATGS), 63% responden answer higher than 25 poin and 37% answer less than 25 poin, it means that Group ATGS was high. The second dimension is the Individual Attraction to the Group Task (ATGT), 15% responden answer higher than 20 poin and 67% answer less than 20 poin, it was concluded that Group ATGT was low. The third dimension is the Group Integration Social (GIS), 33% responden answer higher than 20 and 67% answer less than 20 poin, concluded that Group GIS was low. The fourth dimension is the Group Integration Task (GIT), 67% responden answer higher than 25 poin and 33% answer less than 25 poin, concluded that Group GIT was high. The average of cohesiveness dimension counting showed that the condition of group cohesiveness was low. The result of group productivity showed the result of 2,79 means that the condition of group productivity was high. The conclusion of the study was there was no significant correlation between cohesiveness and productivity in Tunas Mukti Farmers Groups. |
