| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19/ 2008 tentang Kecamatan memiliki peran yang penting dan strategis karena telah memfungsikan kecamatan sebagai organisasi terdepan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Gumelar masih memerlukan perbaikan dengan memperhatikan faktor komitmen dan kemampuan pegawai. Berdasarkan kenyataan ini, maka penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Komitmen Dan Kemampuan Kerja Pegawai Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas” bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh komitmen dan kemampuan kerja pegawai secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Desa dan Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas, dengan sampel 101 pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei, dnegan teknik analisis data kendall tau, konkordansi kendall W dan regresi ordinal. Hasil analisis regresi ordinal diketahui komitmen pegawai mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas. Variabel kemampuan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen pegawai pegawai dan kemampuan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ini berarti komitmen pegawai dan kemampuan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Gumelar, dan nilai pengaruhnya adalah positif. |

Inggris) | The Government Regulation Number 19/2008 on Sub-Districts has an important and strategic role because it has enabled the sub-district as the leading organization in providing services to the community. The performance of Gumelar sub-district employees still needs improvement by taking into account the commitment and the ability of the employees. Based on this fact, the research entitled "The Effect of Commitment and Employee Ability Against Performance of Gumelar Subdistrict Officer of Banyumas Regency" aims to know the influence of commitment and ability of employees work together to the performance of employees of Gumelar Sub-district of Banyumas Regency. The target of this research is employees of Village Office and Gumelar District Banyumas Regency, with sample 101 employees. The research method used is survey method, dnegan technique of data analysis kendall tau, concordance of kendall W and ordinal regression. Regression analysis results ordinal known employee commitment has a significant effect on employee performance in District Gumelar Banyumas. The variable of work ability has a significant influence on employee performance. Commitment of employee and work ability have significant influence to employee performance. This means that the commitment of employees and the ability to work together affect the performance of employees in District Gumelar, and the value of its influence is positive. |
