| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Produktivitas merupakan suatu ukuran yang menyatakan bagaimana baiknya sumber daya diatur dan dimanfaatkan untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Alat tangkap Bouke ami adalah alat tangkap yang diklasifikasikan sebagai jaring angkat (lift Net) dengan target tangkapan cumi-cumi. Tingginya sumberdaya ikan di Indonesia, khususnya di laut Jawa memberikan peluang untuk memanfaatkan secara optimal. Alat tangkap Bouke ami adalah alat tangkap yang dominan di PPI Muara Angke. Alat tangkap jaring Bouke ami seluruhnya adalah PE (Polyethylene) dengan bukaan mulut jaring mencapai 15 meter. Jaring menggunakan tiang gawang dengan bahan bambu sepanjang 17 meter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui berapa besar faktor-faktor produksi yang secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi produktivitas Bouke ami sebagai alat tangkap cumi di PPI Muara Angke Jakarta Utara. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah unit alat tangkap Bouke ami dan hasil tangkapan Bouke ami yaitu cumi-cumi di PPI Muara Angke Jakarta Utara. Alat yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah alat tulis, lembar kuesioner, kamera digital dan komputer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Analisis model produksi yang digunakan adalah model Cobb Douglas. Faktor-faktor produksi yang berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas alat tangkap Bouke ami hanyalah faktor tinggi jaring, jumlah bahan bakar, jumlah tenaga kerja, jumlah lampu, dan warna lampu. Di luar kelima faktor tersebut yaitu faktor ukuran kapal, mesh size jaring, kekuatan mesin, ukuran lampu, lama pengoperasian dan kecepatan menarik jaring memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap produktivitas Bouke ami. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas alat tangkap Bouke ami di PPI Muara Angke yaitu faktor ukuran kapal, jumlah bahan bakar, jumlah tenaga kerja dan kecepatan menarik jaring. Hasil tangkapan Bouke ami di PPI Muara Angke yaitu di ambil dari rata-rata 1 Trip. Cumi-cumi 61%, Bawal 9%, ikan Tenggiri, ikan Tongkol dan jenis ikan lainnya dengan persentase 10%. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Productivity is a size of the statement about how to manage resources well and used to reach optimal results. Bouke ami fishing gear is a fishing gear that classified as an elevator net (lift Net) with catch targetis squids. The high number of fish resources in Indonesia, especially in the Java sea provides opportunity to utilizeit optimally. Bouke ami fishing gear is the dominant catch tool in PPI Muara Angke. All of the net fishing equipment of Bouke ami is PE (Polyethylene) with net mouth opening reached 15 meters. The net uses long bamboo pole 17 meters. This research aims is to know the factors of production together against productivity of fishing gear of Bouke ami in PPI Muara Angke. Objects in this study is the unit of fishing gear Bouke ami and the catch of Bouke ami is squids in PPI Muara Angke, North Jakarta. The tools of this research are stationery, questionnaire sheet, digital camera and computer. This research used survey method. Analysis of the production model used is Cobb Douglas model. Factors of production that positively affect the productivity of fishing equipment Bouke ami,is only the factor of the net high, the amount of fuel, the amount of labor, the number of lights, and the color of the lamp. Outside the five factors are ship size factor, mesh size nets, engine strength, lamp size, duration of operation and net pull speed give negative effect against Bouke ami productivity. The most influential factor to the productivity of fishing gear in the PPI Muara Angke is the size factor of the ship, the amount of fuel, the amount of labor and the speed of attracting the net. The catch of Boukeami in PPI Muara Angke is taken from an average of 1 Trip. Squid 61%, Bawal 9%, Mackerel fish, Tongkol fish and other types of fish with a percentage of 10%. |
