Indonesia) | DETERMINAN PERILAKU MEROKOK MAHASISWA LAKI-LAKI FAKULTAS ILMU-ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN Senna Mawaddatul Fithri1 Eva Rahayu2 Rahmi Setiyani3 Sennamfithri22@yahoo.com ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Perilaku merokok dikalangan mahasiswa Indonesia ditemukan cukup tinggi setiap tahunnya. Perilaku merokok ini dapat dilakukan oleh mahasiswa ilmu kesehatan. Faktor teman sebaya, motivasi merokok dan psikologis dimungkinkan memiliki hubungan terhadap perilaku merokok mahasiswa laki-laki FIKes Unsoed. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan teman sebaya, motivasi merokok dan psikologis terhadap perilaku merokok mahasiswa FIKes Unsoed. Metodologi : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan data dengan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa FIKes Unsoed yang berstatus aktif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 orang. Hasil Penelitian : Mayoritas mahasiswa FIKes Unsoed berada pada kelompok perokok ringan (90,4%). Sebagian besar tidak ada hubungan teman sebaya, sebagian besar memiliki motivasi rendah (73,1%) dan psikologis rendah (67,3%) terhadap perilaku merokok. Tidak terdapat hubungan teman sebaya, motivasi dan faktor psikologis dengan perilaku merokok (p=0,161, p=0,226, p=521). Kesimpulan : Determinan teman sebaya, motivasi dan psikologis tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku merokok mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu-Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Inggris) | DETERMINANT OF SMOKING BEHAVIORS AMONG MALE STUDENTS IN HEALTH SCIENCES FACULTY JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN UNIVERSITY Senna Mawaddatul Fithri1 Eva Rahayu2 Rahmi Setiyani3 Sennamfithri22@yahoo.com ABSTRAK Background: The consumption of cigarettes among students is found quite high. This behavior also can be found among health sciences student. There many determinants of their action. The influence of peers, smoking motivation and psychological condition can be the reason of the smoking behavior. Aims: This study aims to figure out the influences of peers, smoking motivation and psychological condition on smoking behavior among male students in health sciences. Method: This study is a comparative descriptive research with cross sectional approach. Data collection with questionnaire. The population in this study is all students of health sciences jenderal soedirman university with active status. Sampling used total sampling technique with 52 samples. Results: Result show that students of FIKes Unsoed dominant in the group of light smokers (90.4%), most have no peer relationships, most have low motivation (73.1%) and low psychologically (67.3%) of smoking behavior. Test result showed that there are no relationship between peers smoking behavior (p=0,161), motivation, psychological and smoking behavior (p=0,226), (p=0,521). Conclusion: Peer determinant, motivation and psychological are not related to smoking behavior among male health sciences student of jenderal soedirman university.
