| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang : Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan komunikasi secara dua arah, yang memungkinkan setiap pesertanya menangkap reaksi orang lain secara langsung, baik secara verbal maupun nonverbal. Komunikasi interpersonal sangat penting bagi mahasiswa Keperawatan sebagai bekal pendidikan profesi Ners, karena dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien dibutuhkan komunikasi yang baik agar tujuan asuhan keperawatan dapat tercapai. Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal Mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik sampel dipilih dengan teknik total sampling sejumlah 246 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari penelitian Zuhara (2014). Analisis bivariat menggunakan one way ANOVA. Hasil : Karakteristik responden dominan perempuan (85,4%). Mayoritas mahasiswa berasal dari Jawa Tengah (61%), dan indeks prestasi kumulatif (IPK) sangat memuaskan (61,8%). Hasil uji one way ANOVA menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Unsoed dengan nilai p=0,015 (p<0,05). Berdasarkan analisis Post Hoc terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal antara mahasiswa tingkat II dan tingkat III dengan nilai p=0,004 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang bermakna pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Unsoed. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Interpersonal communication is two-way communication that allow the participant to catch the other people’s reaction directly both verbally and nonverbally. Interpersonal communication is very important for nursing as education provision of ners profession because good communication is needed when they are doing nursing care to patient so nursing care’s goal can be achieved. Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the differences of interpersonal communication on Nursing students of Jenderal Soedirman University (Unsoed). Method: This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional design. The sampling technique was choosen for this research by using a sampling total technique for 246 students. The instrument of research used questionnaire which was adopted from Zuhara’s research (2014). Bivariate analysis uses one-way ANOVA. Result : Majority of respondents are women (85.4%). The majority of students came from Central Java (61%), and very good Grade Point Average (GPA) (61,8%). The result of one-way ANOVA test showed there were differences on interpersonal communication ability of Nursing student, Jenderal Soedirman University with p-value is 0.015 (p<0.05). Based on Post Hoc analysis, there were differences on interpersonal communication ability between stage II and stage III academic year with p-value is 0.004 (p<0.05). Conclusion: There are valuable differences on Nursing student, Jenderal Soedirman University. |
