| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kolaborasi dokter, apoteker, dan perawat merupakan hal penting dalam mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Di Indonesia, kolaborasi profesi kesehatan masih jauh dari ideal karena masih terjadi tumpang tindih peran antar profesi kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, perlunya pembelajaran Interprofessional Education (IPE) untuk mahasiswa pada tahap profesi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kesiapan mahasiswa tahap profesi jurusan kedokteran, farmasi, dan keperawatan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto terhadap IPE. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendeketan cross sectional dan kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui kuesioner Interprofessional Education Perception Scale (IEPS) dan Readiness for Interprofessional Scale (RIPLS). Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling kepada 144 mahasiswa profesi jurusan kedokteran, farmasi, dan keperawatan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa profesi jurusan kedokteran, farmasi, dan keperawatan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo memiliki persepsi (78,71%) dan kesiapan (80,79%) yang baik terhadap IPE. Hasil analisis uji komparatif non parametrik menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara jurusan, jenis kelamin, dan lama praktik terhadap persepsi dan kesiapan mahasiswa tentang IPE (p > 0,05). Persepsi yang baik dan kesiapan mahasiswa profesi jurusan kedokteran, farmasi, dan keperawatan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto terhadap IPE menjadi dasar pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPE. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The collaboration of doctors, pharmacists, and nurses are important for improving the quality of health care. In Indonesia, collaboration among care givers are still far from ideal because there were incompatibilities in care giver’s role. So that, student at the clinic stage need to learn about Interprofessional Education (IPE). This study aimed to determine how profession students of medical, pharmacy, and nursing perceived about IPE and readiness in RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto about IPE. This study was a descriptive study with cross sectional method. Quantitative data were obtained through Interprofessional Education Perception Scale (IEPS) and Readiness for Interprofessional Scale (RIPLS) questionnaires. The sampling technique was an accidental sampling with 144 of profession students of medical, pharmacy, and nursing in RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. The result showed that profession students of medical, pharmacy, and nursing in RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto have a good perception (78,71%) and readiness (80,79%) of the IPE. Comparative analysis of nonparametric showed that there were no significant differences between department, gender, and length of practice of students to perception and readiness about IPE (p > 0,05). Good perception and readiness of profession students of medical, pharmacy, and nursing in RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto about IPE could became a reference for applying IPE. |
