Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN EFIKASI DIRI DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN HIV DI POLI VCT RSUD PROF DR MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO Joni Saefuloh1, Atyanti Isworo², Yunita Sari³ ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Kualitas hidup adalah derajat dimana seseorang menikmati kepuasan dalam hidupnya dan dapat melakukan segala aktivitas tanpa ada gangguan. Kualitas hidup dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor diduga salah satunya adalah efikasi diri. Pasien HIV yang memiliki efikasi diri tinggi yakin terhadap kemampuannya dalam melakukan perawatan diri atau pengobatan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kualitas hidup pasien HIV di Poli VCT RSUD Prof dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 54 diambil secara consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner kualitas hidup yang dimodifikasi dari WHO-QOL HIV-BREF. Sedangkan kuisioner efikasi diri disadur dari kuisioner penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Shively, Smith, Borrmann, Gifford (2002). Uji statistik menggunakan uji Pearson. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil uji Pearson didapatkan hasil p = 0,005 (p<0,05) artinya ada hubungan yang bermakna antara efikasi diri dengan kualitas hidup pasien HIV, dengan nilai r = 0,377. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara efikasi diri dengan kualitas hidup pasien HIV. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF EFFICACY AND QUALITY OF LIFE HIV PATIENTS AT VCT POLICLINIC OF PROF. DR. MARGONO SOEKARJO REGIONAL PUBLIC HOSPITAL OF PURWOKERTO Joni Saefuloh1, Atyanti Isworo2, Yunita Sari3 ABSTRACT Background: Quality of life is a degree which an individual may enjoy satisfactions in his/her life and do various activities without any disturbance. Quality of life is influenced by many factors, one of which is self efficacy. HIV Patients with higher self efficacy believe in their ability in performing self treatment or medication. Objective: this research aims to examine the relationship between self efficacy and life quality HIV patients at VCT policlinic of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Regional Public Hospital of Purwokerto. Method: this research is a qualitative correlational method with a cross-sectional approach. 54 samples are taken using a consecutive sampling technique. The data are collected with the questionnaires on quality of life adapted from WHO-QOL HIV-BREF. While the questionnaires on self efficacy are adapted from those previously conducted by Shively, Smith, Borrmann, and Gifford (2002). In addition, the statistical testing is conducted using Pearson test. Result: the Pearson testing results show that p = 0,005 (p<0,05). It means that there is a significant relationship between self efficacy and quality of life HIV patients, with the value of r = 0,377. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between self efficacy and quality of life HIV patients.
