| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Judul penelitian ini adalah analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi wajib pajak terhadap penggunaan e-filing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kegunaan, dan norma subjektif terhadap penggunaan layanan e-filing di Purwokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua wajib pajak yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Purwokerto sebanyak 144.091 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling yang mengambil 100 wajib pajak sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data primer. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara mendistribusikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda, kualitas uji data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kegunaan, dan norma subyektif secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan e-filing, persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan e-filing, persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan e-filing, norma subyektif berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan e-filing, dan persepsi kegunaan merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi penggunaan e-filing. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this research is analyze factors that affects taxpayer perception toward e-filing usage. This research aimed to examine the effects of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and subjective norms toward e-filing usage at Purwokerto. The population in this research were all taxpayer that registered at KPP Pratama Purwokerto totaling 144.091 taxpayers. The sampling method in this research was convenience sampling that took 100 taxpayers as the sample. The type of research was quantitative research with primary data analysis method. The primary data obtained by distributing the questioner.The research used multiple regression analysis model, the test data quality, classic assumption test, and hypothesis tests using SPSS software.The results of the research showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and subjective norms were simultantly had positive effect towarde-filing usage, perceived ease of use had positive effect towarde-filing usage, perceived usefulness had positive effect toward e-filing usage, subjective norms had positive effect toward e-filing usage, and perceived usefulness was the dominant factor that affected e-filing usage. |
