| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Rendahnya kemampuan ekonomi sebuah keluarga rumah tangga sangat miskin (RTSM) membawa dampak pada buruknya kualitas nutrisi dan gizi serta menyebabkan banyak anak-anak tidak dapat melanjutkan pelajaran di bangku sekolah. Untuk meminimalisir permasalahan kesejahteraan sosial, khususnya kemiskinan yang terus bertambah dari hari ke hari makan pemerintah melalui Kementrian Soaial mengeluarkan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Program ini memberikan bantuan uang tunai kepada Rumah Tangga Sangat miskin (RTSM) dengan catatan mengikuti persyaratan yang diwajibkan. Penelitian Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kecamatan Purwojati Kabupaten Banyumas bertujuan untuk menggetahui implementasi program keluarga harapan (PKH) yang ada di Kecamatan Purwojati Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengambilan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling UPPKH Kabupaten, UPPKH Kecamatan, serta ketua kelompok yang menerima bantuan PKH. Metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek compliance implementasi program keluarga harapan di Kecamatan Purwojati Kabupaten Banyumas belum berjalan dengan baik. Terdapat masalah pada kepatuhan pendamping PKH, seperti jumlah penerima yang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah pendamping dan tidak terlaksananya kegiatan rapat dan pertemuan kelompok bulanan. Aspek what’s happening yang muncul dari implementasi program keluarga harapan adalah ketidak tepatan jadwal pencairan PKH dan tempat pencairan yang sulit dijelaskan oleh penerima dan pendamping. |

Inggris) | The low economic capacity of a very poor households (RTSM) has an impact on poor nutrient and nutritional quality as well as a lack education for their children because they unable to pay the school tuition fee. To minimize the problem of social welfare, especially the increasing poverty from day to day to, the government through the Ministry of Social issued “Program Keluarga Harapan” (literally means Family Hope Program) (PKH). The program provides cash assistance to the Very Poor Households (RTSM) with a note of two required conditions. This research entitled “Implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Purwojati District of Banyumas Regency” is aimed to find out the implementation of Family Hope Program (PKH) in Purwojati District of Banyumas Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research methods and sampling technique of determine the informants was using purposive sampling techniques which the chosen informants were UPPKH District, UPPKH District, and the head of the group who received cash assistance from PKH. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research indicated that the compliance aspect of the implementation of PKH in Purwojati District of Banyumas Regency has not run well. There are problems with the compliance of PKH's companions, such as the number of beneficiaries who are inconsistent with the number of companions; and neither discussion nor monthly group meetings has ever done. In the what's happening aspect which arises from the implementation of the PKH is the inaccuracy of the disbursement schedule of PKH and both recipient and PKH companion have difficulty to explain about disbursement place. |
