| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan strategis dalam pembangunan nasional karena merupakan salah satu penentu kemajuan bagi suatu negara.Terkait dengan hal tersebut, maka pada awal tahun 2006, Biro Perencanaan Setjen Depdiknas membangun sistem pendataan terbaru dimana proses transaksi datanya dilakukan dalam skala mikro secara terpusat, daring (online) dan dalam waktu-nyata (real time) yang disebut dengan sistem Data Pokok Pendidikan (DAPODIK Tujuan pendataan tingkat sekolah adalah untuk memperoleh data secara langsung yang cepat, akurat, valid, lengkap, dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan termutakhir. Permasalahan yang di angkat penulis adalah pengaruh kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja operator DAPODIK sekolah dasar dan sekolah menengah pertama di purwokerto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sample adalah probability sampling dan simple random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah tabulasi Silang, korelasi Kendall Tau, korelasi parsial Kendall, koefisien korelasi konkordasi Kendall W, regresi Ordinal Bivarate. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa kompetensi dan kompensasi menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja operator, dan variabel kompensasi menunjukkan kontribusi yang lebih besar atau dominan terhadap kinerja operator. Maka diharapkan pemerintah lebih memperhatikan kompensasi dan kompetensi operator DAPODIK untuk meningkatkan kinerja operator sehingga pendidikan di Indonesia dapat lebih maju. |

Related to that, then in early 2006, the Bureau of Planning of the Ministry of National Education established the latest data collection system where the transaction process is done on a micro scale centrally , Online (in real time) and in real-time data, called the Basic Education Data System (DAPODIK). The objective of school level data collection is to obtain direct, fast, accurate, valid, complete, accountable and up-to-date data. The writer is the influence of competence and compensation on the performance of operators DAPODIK primary school and junior high school in purwokerto.The method used in this research is quantitative Sampling technique is probability sampling and simple random sampling Method of data analysis used is tabulation of cross, correlation I Kendall Tau, Kendall partial correlation, Kendall W concordance correlation coefficient, Ordinal Bivarate regression. The results of this study that competence and compensation show a significant influence on operator performance, and the compensation variable shows greater or more dominant contribution to operator performance. So the government is expected to pay more attention to the compensation and competence of operators DAPODIK to improve operator performance so that education in Indonesia can be more advanced. |
