| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Bank Desa Wlahar Wetan merupakan salah satu dari kegiatan dari Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa) Wlahar Wetan. Efektivitas dari bank desa tersebut tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan partisipasi masyarakat dan kemampuan pelaksana. Untuk itu, menarik untuk dikaji: (1) Apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara partisipasi masyarakat terhadap efektivitas bank desa dalam BUM Desa di Wlahar Wetan?; (2) Apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan pelaksana terhadap efektivitas bank desa dalam BUM Desa di Wlahar Wetan?; (3) Apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara partisipasi masyarakat dan kemampuan pelaksana terhadap efektivitas bank desa dalam BUM Desa di Wlahar Wetan? Sesuai dengan permasalahan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjawab ketiga permasalahan penelitian tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengambil jenis penelitian survey. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan kuesioner, yang didukung dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengujian validitas instrumen menggunakan teknik analisis butir, dan pengujian reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Metode analisis data yang menggunakan adalah korelasi kendall’s tau-c, korelasi konkordansi kendall W, dan regresi ordinal. Hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas bank desa. Hal tersebut tampak pada model parameter estimate regresi ordinal di mana semakin buruk partisipasi masyarakat akan semakin menurunkan efektivitas bank desa Selain itu, tampak pada Pseudo R Square regresi ordinal yang menjelaskan efektivitas bank desa yang dapat dijelaskan oleh partisipasi masyarakat sebesar 77,1%; (2) Kemampuan pelaksana berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas bank desa. Hal tersebut tampak pada model parameter estimate regresi ordinal di mana semakin buruk kemampuan pelaksana akan semakin menurunkan efektivitas bank desa Selain itu, tampak pada Pseudo R Square regresi ordinal yang menjelaskan efektivitas bank desa yang dapat dijelaskan oleh kemampuan pelaksana sebesar 60,7%; dan (3) Partisipasi masyarakat dan kemampuan pelaksana berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas bank desa. Hal tersebut tampak pada model parameter estimate regresi ordinal di mana semakin buruk partisipasi masyarakat dan kemampuan pelaksana akan semakin menurunkan efektivitas bank desa Selain itu, tampak pada Pseudo R Square regresi ordinal yang menjelaskan efektivitas bank desa yang dapat dijelaskan oleh partisipasi masyarakat dan kemampuan pelaksana sebesar 79,8%. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwasemua variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu efektivitas Bank Desa Wlahar Wetan. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Wlahar Wetan Village Bank is one of the activities of the Village Owned Enterprise (BUM Desa) Wlahar Wetan. The effectiveness of the village bank can not be separated from the participation of the community and the ability of the implementers. Therefore, it is interesting to examine: (1) Is there a significant influence between community participation on the effectiveness of rural banks in BUM Desa in Wlahar Wetan ?; (2) Is there a significant influence between the executing capability on the effectiveness of rural banks in BUM Desa in Wlahar Wetan ?; (3) Is there a significant influence between community participation and the ability of executors to the effectiveness of village banks in BUM Desa in Wlahar Wetan? In accordance with the problem, the purpose of this study is to answer the three problems of the study. This research uses quantitative research methods by taking the type of survey research. Sampling technique is probability sampling with simple random sampling method. Data collection method in this research is by questioner, supported by observation and documentation. Testing instrument validity using grain analysis techniques, and testing instrument reliability using Cronbach Alpha technique. The data analysis method used is the correlation of kendall's tau-c, the correlation of the concatenation of the W-block, and the ordinal regression. The results of quantitative analysis in this study indicate: (1) Community participation has an effect on the effectiveness of rural banks. This is seen in the ordinal estimate regression parameter model where the worse public participation will decrease the effectiveness of the village bank. In addition, it appears in the Pseudo R Square ordinal regression that explains the effectiveness of village banks that can be explained by the community participation of 77.1%; (2) The ability of executors to influence the effectiveness of rural banks. This is seen in the ordinal estimate regression parameter model where the poorer the executor ability will decrease the effectiveness of the village bank. In addition, it appears in the Pseudo R Square ordinal regression that explains the effectiveness of the village bank which can be explained by the performing ability of 60.7%; And (3) Community participation and implementation capability affect the effectiveness of rural banks. This is evident in the ordinal estimate regression parameter model where the worse the participation of the community and the ability of the implementer will further decrease the effectiveness of the village bank. In addition, it appears in the Pseudo R Square ordinal regression that explains the effectiveness of the village bank which can be explained by the community participation and the ability of the implementer for 79 , 8%. The conclusion of this study is that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable is the effectiveness of Wlahar Wetan Village Bank.
