| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Fatigue adalah kondisi yang paling penting untuk diobservasi pada pasien dengan penyakit ginjal kronik, karena dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisis. Kecukupan oksigen sangat diperlukan pada metabolisme sel dalam tubuh, agar tidak terjadi penimbunan asam laktat dalam darah hasil dari glikolisis anaerobic. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan saturasi oksigen dengan level fatigue pada pasien Chronik Kidney Disease (CKD) Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional ini menggunakan rancangan potong lintang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi terjangkau, yaitu semua pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisis rutin di Instalasi Dialisis RSUD Prof.DR. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Subyek sebanyak 60 orang diambil secara consecutive sampling. Pengukuran level fatigue dengan menggunakan kuisioner Subjective Self Rating Tes dari Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) Jepang, sedangkan saturasi oksigen dengan alat oksimetri arteri. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah responden dengan saturasi oksigen normal adalah 46,7% dan saturasi oksigen tidak normal 53,3%. Sedangkan untuk level fatigue yang dialami responden secara umum berat (41,6%), sedang (30%) dan ringan (28,4%). Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 (< 0,05). yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara saturasi oksigen dan level fatigue.. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara saturasi oksigen dengan level fatigue pada pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisis Kata kunci: level fatigue, saturasi oksigen, CKD, hemodialisis |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT Background: Fatigue is the most important condition to be observed in patients with chronic kidney disease, as it can reduce the quality of life of hemodialysis patients. Adequacy of oxygen is necessary for cell metabolism in the body, in order to avoid accumulation of lactic acid in the blood resulting from anaerobic glycolysis. Objective: To determine the corelation of oxygen saturation with the level of fatigue in patients Chronik Kidney Disease (CKD) Methode: This observational analytic study used cross sectional design. The population in this study is the affordable population, ie all CKD patients undergoing routine hemodialysis in Dialysis Installation Prof.DR. Margono Soekarjo Hoaspital Purwokerto in accordance with predetermined criteria. 60 subjects were taken by consecutive sampling. Measurement of fatigue level by using Subjective Self Rating Tests from Japanese Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC), while oxygen saturation with arterial oxymetry tool. Results: The results showed that the number of respondents with normal oxygen saturation was 46.7% and oxygen saturation was not normal 53.3%. As for the level of fatigue experienced by respondents in general weight (41.6%), moderate (30%) and light (28.4%). The results obtained p value = 0,000 (<0.05). Which means there is a significant corelation between oxygen saturation and fatigue level Conclusion: There is a significant corelation between oxygen saturation and fatigue level in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis .
