Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Collaborative governance (tata kelola pemerintahan kolaboratif) menjadi fenomena yang menarik diteliti dan dikaji dalam perkembangan tata kelola pemerintahan. Pratistha Harsa dan Kya Kya Mayong merupakan pusat kuliner yang terbentuk dari adanya penataan pedagang kaki lima. Pengelolaan dua pusat kuliner ini melibatkan pihak pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat sehingga terbentuk collaborative governance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif , dengan teknik pemilihan informan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan Pratistha Harsa belum maksimal, terdapat beberapa hal yang menurut model Ansel dan Gash belum terpenuhi dalam menciptakan keberhasilan collaborative governance. Merujuk pada pembahasan hasil penelitian, beberapa aspek yang belum terpenuhi secara maksimal diantaranya: pertama, Dialog tatap muka dalam pengelolaan Pratistha Harsa dilaksanakan secara accidental. Belum ada jadwal rutin dalam pelaksanaan dialog tatap muka tersebut. Kedua, Ketergantungan antar stakeholders dalam pengelolaan Pratistha Harsa masih rendah, terutama ketergantungan antara pemerintah dengan pihak swasta. Ketiga, Sosialisasi dan pendampingan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan saling berhubungan. Namun, dalam hal ini pendampingan belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal oleh pihak pemerintah. Sehingga program yang telah disosialisasikan tidak dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang di rencanakan. Berbeda dengan pusat kuliner Pratistha Harsa, collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan Kya Kya Mayong sudah maksimal. Selain dari proses pengelolaan yang sangat baik, hasil dari collaborative governance pun saangat menonjol. Merujuk pada pembahasan hasil penelitian, beberapa aspek yang menunjukan keberhasilan collaborative governance diantaranya yaitu: Pertama, Dialog tatap muka dalam pengelolaan Kya Kya Mayong dilaksanakan secara rutin setiap bulan yaitu setiap tanggal 1. Dialog tatap muka ini dilaksanakan di rumah anggota paguyuban secara bergiliran. Selain sosialisasi dan pencapaian tujuan Kya Kya Mayong, dialog tatap muka yang dilaksanakan setiap bulan ini membentuk rasa kekeluargaan antar anggota.Kedua, Ketergantungan antar stakeholders sangat kuat baik antara pemerintah dengan swasta, pemerintah dengan masyarakat maupun pihak swasta dengan masyarakat. Ketiga, Sosialisasi dan pendampingan menjadi hal yang utama dalam pengelolaan Kya Kya Mayong. Pemerintah berusaha melakukan pendampingan ketika suatu program telah diosialisasikan.

Pratistha Harsa and Kya Kya Mayong is a culinary center that is formed from the arrangement of street vendors. The management of these two culinary centers involves the government, the private sector and the community in order to establish collaborative governance. The research method used is qualitative method, with technique of selecting informant purposive sampling. The result of this research is Collaborative governance in Pratistha Harsa management not yet maximal, there are some things which according to Ansel and Gash model have not fulfilled in creating success of collaborative governance. Referring to the discussion of research results, some aspects that have not been met maximally include: first, face-to-face dialogue in the management of Pratistha Harsa carried out accidentally. There is no regular schedule in the implementation of the face-to-face dialogue. Second, dependency among stakeholders in Pratistha Harsa management is still low, especially the dependency between government and private parties. Third, socialization and mentoring are very important and interconnected. However, in this case mentoring has not been implemented maximally by the government. So that the program has been socialized can not run in accordance with the planned. Unlike Pratistha Harsa culinary center, collaborative governance in Kya Kya Mayong management is maximal. Apart from the excellent management process, the result of collaborative governance is also very prominent. Referring to the discussion of the results of research, several aspects that show the success of collaborative governance include: First, face-to-face dialogue in the management Kya Kya Mayong carried out routinely every month that is every date 1. This face-to-face dialogue is held at home members of the community in turn. In addition to the socialization and achievement of Kya Kya Mayong's goals, the face-to-face dialogue that is held every month forms a sense of kinship between members. Second, Interdependence among stakeholders is very strong both between the government and the private sector, the government with the public and private parties with the community. Third, Socialization and mentoring become the main thing in the management of Kya Kya Mayong. The government seeks to provide assistance when a program has been socialized.
