Indonesia) | PENGARUH AKUPRESUR PADA TITIK LR 3 DAN SP 6TERHADAP SKALA NYERI PADA PASIEN POSTSECTIO CAESAREA DI RSUD BANYUMAS Tuswati 1 Iwan Purnawan 2 Mekar Dwi Anggraeni 3 Email: tuswati.tw@gmail.com Abstrak Latar Belakang: Nyeri adalah keluhan utama yang dirasakan ibu post sectio caesarea dan menyebabkan ibu takut mobilisasi. Mobilisasi dini post sectio caesarea sangat penting dilakukan untuk membantu penyembuhan luka. Akupresur merupakan salah satu terapi non farmakologi untuk menurunkan nyeri. Akupresur mampu mengeluarkan endorfin, penekanan titik LR 3 dan SP 6 mampu merangsang pengeluaran endorfin dalam tubuh sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akupresur pada titik LR 3 dan SP 6 terhadap skala nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea di RSUD Banyumas. Metodologi: Desain penelitian adalah quasi-experimental dengan pre test and posttest design with control group. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan consecutive sampling. Jumlah sampel 40 orang, 20 orang kelompok intervensi dan 20 orang kelompok kontrol. Pengukuran nyeri menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale. Kelompok intervensi diberikan akupresur pada titik LR 3 dan SP 6 sebanyak 30 kali pada setiap titik dan kelompok kontrol diberikan nafas dalam selama 10 menit. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan uji Mann Whitney dengan tingkat kemaknaan α ≤ 0,05. Hasil: Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh akupresur pada titik LR 3 dan SP 6 terhadap skala nyeri pada kelompok intervensi dengan nilai p=0,000(α<0.05) dan tidak terdapat pengaruh pada kelompok kontrol dengan nilai p= 0,157(α>0,05). Hasil uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan ada perbedaan pengaruh antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol skala posttest dengan nilai p = 0,000(α<0.05) Kesimpulan: Akupresur pada titik LR 3 dan SP 6 memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap skala nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea. Inggris) | THE EFFECT OF ACUPRESSURE AT LR 3 AND SP 6 POINT ON THE PAIN SCALE AMONG POST SECTIO CAESAREA PATIENT AT REGIONAL PUBLIC HOSPITAL OF BANYUMAS Tuswati1, Iwan Purnawan2, Mekar Dwi Anggraeni3 Email: Tuswati.tw@gmail.com Abstract Background: Pain is the major complaint felt by mothers with post sectio caesarea that they are afraid making any mobilization. Early mobilization of post sectio caesarea are highly necessary to accelerate the wound healing. Acupressure is one of non-pharmacological therapies to reduce pain. Acupressure has the ability to release endorphins. Accupressure at LR 3 and SP 6 point stimulate the endorphin expulsion. Objective: This research aimed to examine the effect of acupressure at LR 3 and SP 6 point on the pain scale of the post sectio caesarea patient at Regional Public Hospital of Banyumas. Method: The research was a quasi-experimental and pretest-posttest design with control group. Sample were collected using a consecutive sampling technique. The samples were 40 patients consisting of 20 patients classified into the intervention group and 20 patients classified into the control group. The pain was measured using a numeric rating scale. The intervention group was administered with acupressure performed at LR3 and SP 6 point for 30 times on each point while the control group was administered with internal respiration for 10 minutes. The data were analyzed using Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test with the significance level of α ≤ 0.05. Result: The results of Wilcoxon test showed that accupressure at LR 3 and SP 6 point influenced the pain scale of those classified into the intervention group with the value of p = 0.000 (α < 0.05) but does not influence those classified into the control group with the value of p = 0.157 (α > 0.05). Meanwhile, the result of Mann Whitney test showed that there was an significant difference between the intervention and control group post test score with the value of p = 0.000 (α < 0.05). Conclusion: acupressure at LR 3 and SP 6 point significantly effect the pain scale of post sectio caesarea patient. Keywords: acupressure LR 3 and SP 6 point, pain, post sectio caesarea |
