| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penyakit kanker merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian utama di seluruh dunia. Jawa Tengah merupakan provinsi dengan estimasi penderita kanker terbanyak, terlihat dari jumlah kasus penderita kanker yang tinggi diberbagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan terutama rumah sakit – rumah sakit di Jawa Tengah, salah satunya di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Informasi mengenai ketahanan hidup seorang penderita kanker diperlukan untuk menentukan langkah pengobatan yang tepat. Menentukan ketahanan hidup pasien penderita kanker dapat dibantu dengan berbagai alat dan metode, salah satunya menggunakan survival function metode life table dengan pendekatan De Moivre. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari bentuk life table dari tabel mortalitas data pasien penderita kanker di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo, dari tahun 2012 sampai 2016 menggunakan survival function dan hukum De moivre, serta mencari pendekatan hukum De Moivre untuk tabel mortalitas data pasien penderita kanker. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bentuk life table data pasien penderita kanker menggunakan hukum De Moivre untuk jumlah pasien yang hidup, peluang pasien yang hidup dan peluang pasien meninggal yaitu berbentuk linier, sedangkan bentuk grafik untuk jumlah pasien yang meninggal adalah grafik fungsi konstan. Model ketahanan hidup menggunakan pendekatan hukum De Moivre untuk tabel mortalitas data pasien penderita kanker di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo yaitu mendekati data aslinya. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Cancer is one of the main cause of death around the world. Central java is a province with the largest estimation of people with cancer, which can be seen from the high number of cancer cases in many medical services especially hospitals in central java, one of them is RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Information about life expectancy of a cancer patient is needed to determine a suitable treatment. In determining the life durability of cancer patients, we can use several methods, one of them is by using survival function life table method with De Moivre approximation. The aim of this research is to find the life table from mortality table of cancer patients in RSUD Margono from 2012 until 2016 by using survival function and De Moivre law, and to find the approximation of De Moivre law for mortality table of cancer patient. The study shows that the form of cancer patients's life table by using De Moivre's law for the number of survived patients and probability of patient who survived and not is linear, while the graph for the number if patients who not survived is constant. The The survival model show that the prediction on the number of life and that from mortality table of cancer patient is closed enough to the real data. |
