| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kasus kebakaran yang terjadi akibat sistem tanggap darurat kurang memadai di Dipo Kereta Api Kota Bandung pada awal tahun 2016 menyebabkan dua gerbong Kereta Malabar hangus terbakar yang berasal dari percikan api mesin pembangkit listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi Implementasi sistem tanggap darurat bahaya kebakaran di Dipo Kereta Api Bandung sebelum, saat, dan sesudah terjadi bahaya kebakaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan dipilih sebanyak 4 orang secara purposive sampling. Sumber data diambil dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. : Implementasi Sistem Tanggap Darurat bahaya kebakaran Dipo Kereta Api Bandung masih belum sesuai. Perencanaan dan pencegahan tidak ada administratif yang mengatur secara jelas dan pengawasan masih lemah dikarenakan terfokus pada gerbong kereta. Sumber daya manusia untuk keadaan darurat belum tersedia. Respon dan mitigasi yang dilakukan berdasarkan spontanitas. |

Inggris) | The case of fires that occur due to inadequate emergency response system in Railway Dipo Bandung earlier in the year 2016 caused two train cars Malabar destroyed by fire originating from spark engine power plant. This study aims to explore the Implementation of Dipo Bandung Train before, during, and after the fire occurred. Research using qualitative method with approach case studies. Informants chosen by purposive sampling criteria. Source data taken with in-depth interviews and observations. There are three findings from research in the field .( 1 ) the implementation of planning and prevention the incident dipo train bandung still not appropriate seen from a lack of prevention administratively and ketersedian resources ( 2 ) response and emergency mitigation the incident dipo train bandung is far from an appropriate for being taken only on the spontaneity and impromptu ( 3 ) cause of the fire at dipo train bandung work of electricity in the field. The conclusion, Depot train Bandung is still lack of emergency response plan. |
