| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Diabetes mellitus merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh tingginya kadar gula dalam darah akibat gangguan sekresi insulin. Terdapat banyak faktor yang menyebabkan diabetes mellitus, diantaranya faktor kebiasaan merokok dan riwayat jantung koroner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh model ketahanan hidup. Metode life table dapat digunakan untuk mengestimasi model ketahanan hidup sehingga diperoleh peluang tahan hidup penderita diabetes mellitus. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa harapan hidup seseorang pada awal pengamatan terdiagnosa diabetes mellitus untuk kasus status merokok pasif selama 15,907 tahun, kasus status merokok aktif selama 15,702 tahun, kasus tidak terkena jantung koroner selama 16,567 tahun, dan kasus terkena jantung koroner selama 14,433 tahun. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Diabetes mellitus is a disease caused by high blood sugar resulting from disruption secretion of insulin. There are many factors that causing diabetes mellitus, including factors smoking habits and the historical of coronary heart disease. The purposes of this research is to obtain the survival model. The method of life table can be used to estimate the survival model in order to obtain survival probability of patient with diabetes mellitus. In this research, the result showed that survival of someone in the early observation diagnosed diabetes mellitus for case of passive smoking status is 15.907 year, case of active smoking status is 15.702 year, case of no history coronary heart disease is 16.567 year, and case of history coronary heart disease is 14.433 year. |
