| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kebutuhan kedelai saat ini belum dapat terpenuhi dari produksi kedelai dalam negeri karena produktivitasnya yang rendah. Aplikasi pupuk hayati dan zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT) diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif untuk meningkatkan produksi kedelai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pupuk hayati dan ZPT terhadap jumlah klorofil dan hasil tanaman kedelai, (2) dosis pupuk hayati dan ZPT yang tepat untuk meningkatkan jumlah klorofil dan hasil tanaman kedelai dan (3) keeratan hubungan antara jumlah klorofil dengan hasil tanaman kedelai yang dibudidayakan dengan teknik Superbodi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan penelitian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Kelurahan Grendeng, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara, Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan Agustus 2016 sampai November 2016. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Petak Terbagi yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama sebagai main plot yaitu pupuk hayati dan faktor kedua sebagai subplot yaitu ZPT. Pupuk hayati terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: P0= kontrol, P1= 0,5 liter/ha, P2= 1 liter/ha, sedangkan ZPT terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: A0= kontrol, A1= 0,2 ml/ha, A2= 0,4 ml/ha. Kombinasi perlakuan sebanyak 9 dan diulang 3 kali, sehingga terdapat 27 unit percobaan. Variabel penelitian yang diamati yaitu jumlah klorofil, jumlah stomata, biomassa, indeks panen dan bobot biji tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk hayati dan ZPT berpengaruh terhadap jumlah klorofil, biomassa, indeks panen dan bobot biji, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah stomata. Sedangkan korelasi antara jumlah klorofil dan komponen hasil kedelai diketahui bahwa jumlah klorofil memiliki hubungan yang searah dengan biomassa dan bobot biji, namun berlawanan arah dengan indeks panen. |

Application of biofertilizer and plant growth regulator expected to incerase soybean productivity. This research aimed to knows (1) the effects of biofertilizer and plant growth regulator used to the chlorophyll concentrations and the yields of soybean plants, (2) the appropriate dosage of biofertilizer and plant growth regulator to chlorophlyll concentrations and yields of soybean plants, and (3) the correlation between chlorophyll contentrations and yield of soybean plants, which cultivated with a Superbodi techniques. This research was conducted in the experimental yield of Jenderal Soedirman University, Grendeng village, North Purwokerto, Banyumas regency, since August 2016 until November 2016. This research used a Split Plot Experimental Design which divided 2 factors. The first factor is biofertilizer as a main plot and the second factor is plant growth as a sub plot. Biofertilizer composed of 3 levels, these are: π0= control, π1= 0,5 liter/ha, π2= 1 liter/ha, while the plant growth composed of 3 levels, these are: π΄0= control, π΄1= 0,2 ml/ha, π΄2= 0,4 ml/ha. The sum treatment as many as 9 combinations and tried 3 times, so there are have 27 experimental units. Research variables which observed are chlorophyll contentrations, stomatal concentrations, biomass, harvest indeks and seeds weight. Result of the research shown that biofertilizer and plant growth affected to the chlorophyll concentartions, biomass, harvest indeks and seeds weight, but unaffected to stomatal concentrations. While the correlation between chlorophyll concentrations and yield components of soybean plants known that chlorophyll concentration had a same direction correlate with the biomass and seeds weight. But had an opposite direction correlate with harvest indeks. |
