| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pada sentra industri dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden kerajinan sandal di Kebanaran, Purwokerto Barat. Penelitian ini berjudul : “Analisis Pengaruh Strategi Operasi dan Internal Lean Practice Terhadap Kinerja Operasional dengan Industry Clockspeed Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi pada Sentra Industri Sandal Kerajinan Bandol di Kebanaran Purwokerto Barat)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi operasi dan internal lean practice terhadap kinerja operasional serta mengetahui peran industry clockspeed dalam memoderasi pengaruh strategi operasi dan internal lean practice terhadap kinerja operasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengrajin sandal di Kebanaran, Purwokerto Barat dengan jumlah 33 responden. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 responden. Metode simple random sampling digunakan dalam penentuan responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan SPSS 17.0 for windows menunjukan bahwa (1) Strategi Operasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasional, (2) internal lean practice tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja operasional, (3) Industry Clockspeed berperan dalam memoderasi strategi dan internal lean practice terhadap kinerja operasional. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja operasional pengrajin sandal, pengrajin perlu merancang strategi operasi yang tepat dalam hal strategi biaya, strategi kualitas, strategi fleksibilitas dan strategi pengiriman. Strategi operasi yang baik bisa dilakukan dengan menurunkan biaya persediaan maka akan bisa meningkatkan produktifitas, mengurangi biaya operasional dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Persaingan dalam industri sandal semakin tinggi maka para pengrajin sandal di industri kerajinan bandol harus dapat meningkatkan daya saingnya dan juga harus mampu kreatif dalam membuat sandal. maka perlu adanya perubahan model produk dan mengikuti kebutuhan konsumen agar produk sandalnya tetap diminati |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a research study the center of industry to spread a questionnaire to the craft of sandals. The analysis of The Effect Operations Strategy and Internal Lean Practice on Operational Performance with Industry Clockspeed as moderation variable (Studies on The Center Industrial of Sandals of Bandol Craft in Kebanaran, West Purwokerto).The aims of research is to find out the effect of operations strategy and internal lean practice on operational performance and find out role of industry clockspeed in moderating effect of operations strategy and internal lean practice on operational performance. The research population are all craftsman of sandals in Kebanaran, West Purwokerto there were 33 respondents. The samples taken in this research is 25 respondents. Then simple random sampling method was used to determine the respondents. Based on result of research it has got the conclusion : (1)Operations strategy has a positive effect on operational performance, (2) Internal lean practice has a not effect on operational performance, (3) Industry clockspeed to play a role in moderating of operations strategy and internal lean practice on operational performance. As implication of the conclusion above, in order to increase of operational performance craftsman of sandals. craftsman of the need to design for operations strategy of the right in terms of cost strategy, quality strategy, flexibility strategy and delivery strategy. The strategy of operations of good to decrease the inventory cost then it will to increase productivity, reduce of operational cost and to increase the quality of the product. Competition in the industry the higher the craftsman of sandals in bandol craft should be able to improve its competitiveness to and sould be able to creative in making sandals bandol, then there is need for change in product model and follow the needs of consumers to products of sandals still in demand. |
