| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kecamatan Gumelar merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang sebagian besar masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai pengrajin tepung tapioka, khususnya di Desa Gumelar. Pada tahun 2013, para pengrajin tapioka Desa Gumelar membentuk kelompok pengrajin “Manunggal Sari” yang diketuai oleh Bapak Riswo. Agroindustri tepung tapioka di Desa Gumelar memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi perekonomian masyarakat. Proses produksi tepung tapioka tidak lepas dari penggunaan faktor produksi yaitu ubi kayu, bahan bakar, dan tenaga kerja. Penggunaan faktor produksi tersebut harus efisien, agar diperoleh keuntungan optimum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui besarnya pendapatan yang diterima pengrajin tepung tapioka di Desa Gumelar; 2) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi terhadap hasil produksi tepung tapioka di Desa Gumelar; dan 3) mengetahui efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi pada usaha tepung tapioka di Desa Gumelar. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 20 November sampai 20 Desember 2015 dengan sasaran penelitian pengrajin tapioka anggota Kelompok “Manunggal Sari” Desa Gumelar. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan metode sensus sebanyak 32 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya dan pendapatan, analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas serta analisis efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi.Faktor produksi yang diteliti adalah ubi kayu, solar, dan tenaga kerja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan penerimaan rata-rata per bulan pengrajin tepung tapioka di Kecamatan Gumelar adalah Rp169.980.850,00 dan biaya produksi rata-rata per bulan sebesar Rp125.062.865,28 sehingga keuntungan yang diterima adalah Rp44.917.984,72 dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,36. Faktor produksi yang berpengaruh pada usaha tepung tapioka di Kecamatan Gumelar adalah ubi kayu dan bahan bakar, sedangkan faktor produksi tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap usaha tepung tapioka. Analisis efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi menunjukkan ubi kayu belum efisien dan bahan bakar tidak efisien. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Gumelar is one of the sub-districts which produces tapioca flour, specifically in the village of Gumelar. In 2013, the craftsmen tapioca in Gumelar village forms the Group "Manunggal Sari", chaired by Mr. Riswo. Agro-industries of tapioca flour in Gumelar has a very important role in the community economy. The production process of tapioca flour influenced by the production, namely manioc, fuel, and labor. The use of production factors should be streamlined, in order to obtain the maximum benefit. This research aims for: 1) knowing the magnitude of the revenue received in the villages of tapioca flour craftsmen Gumelar; 2) knowing how the use of production factors towards the production of tapioca flour results in the village of Gumelar; and 3) knowing the efficiency use of production factors on tapioca flour in the village of Gumelar. The data retrieval is done on November 20 to December 20, 2015 in Gumelar village with target research tapioca craftsmen as a member of the group "Manunggal Sari" Gumelar village. The selection of respondents is performed by the census method as much as 32 people. Analytical methods used are cost and revenue analysis, production factor analysis of the Cobb-Douglas as well as the analysis of the efficiency of the use of production factors. Production factors examined are manioc, solar, and labor. The analysis results show of the average admissions per month craftsman tapioca flour in Gumelar was Rp169,980,850.00 and the average production cost per month, amounting to Rp125,062,865.28 so that benefits received was Rp44,917,984.72 with a value of the R/C ratio of 1.36. Influential of production factors efforts on tapioca flour in Gumelar was manioc and fuel, while the influential labor production factors are not effort against tapioca flour. Analysis of the efficiency of the use of cassava production factor is inefficient and yet fuel not efficient. |
